Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics, Phoenix AZ

Was sent by my doctor for a brace, the staff was awesome and were very helpful. I know some people complain about waiting but if your patient with them they will do their best to take care of you!

Run is a gentleman who helped me and he's so awesome he doesn't make you feel never seen nothing he's very very make it easy on you

Wait an hour! Really? After dealing with them for over a month. I came to pick up my brace, and told me I needed to wait over an hour b cause Cynthia was at lunch. @2: 15.really. I live an hour away! It’s just the delivery of a brace. Anybody could have given it to me! Not a bit of consideration of people’s time. Plus lobby was full people coming in and out, and I’m sitting, waiting!

My teenage son was a client for 2 years to treat his scoliosis with multiple back braces as he grew. We worked with Kurt Kamienski who was nothing shy of amazing. Kurt did everything he could to ensure my son was getting the best care from himself and the scoliosis staff at Phoenix Children's hospital (Dr. White). The duo of care givers is what every child with scoliosis deserves.

There are a lot of negative reviews about the front office staff. Let me say, a smile goes a long way apparently because my spouse and I never had an issue with them. Be nice and I'm sure you'll get the same treatment back.

This location is great! I brought my 10 year old daughter in for an aircast. There is a gentleman named Ron that is a delight to do bussiness with. He is very polite and takes his time to communicate the process. He makes this place defently worth the wait. The kind ladies up front could be a little more attentive the moment clients walk through the door. Other than that they have good cutomer service.

Me and my daughter will defently return here for more bussiness, if need be:) We also recommend this location for anyone else needing a brace.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment with Ron but I’ve yet have not been able to make that appointment nor get ahold of his receptionist it’s been a good few months that my mother and I have tried. Plus I’ve called multiple times and all I’ve gotten is voicemail or hang ups.

Front desk is rude and incompetent every single time I call. They never seem to know whats going on, every person I speak to gives me different information its ridiculous. I spoke to a women named norma and she literally sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. Horrible customer service!

Today my Husband and I visited the Hanger Clinic on 7th Street and we dealt with Freddy M. He was super awesome and very personable. We chatted as he did his job and we were out. If Freddy was not at work we could of stayed and chatted all day. Thanks for making us feel comfortable.

Made appointment 2 weeks ago, confirmed 4 days before appointment and show up and they tell me I have no appointment and now I sit and wait to get squeezed in! Bad business practice.

This is my second experience at a Hanger Clinic & my first time at this location. The staff was welcoming. The staff here are truly amazing! They are very competent and efficient in attending to the patients. I felt very comfortable with all staff members. Job well done my friends! I look forward to seeing you all in June

They never answer the phone 3 times I have left a message with answering service and yet haven't received a call back. All I need is appointment please! Return your calls! Answer the phone!

They have very low customer service and they NEVER answer their phones so a oati can't appointments.

I give 5 stars to Freddy, the gentleman who fitted my mom's shoes. He is always patient and kind to my mom. The office it self gets a 3 star. Only because you have to fax your paperwork at least 3 times in order for them to receive it. My doctor's office even warned us about the faxes. They have improved over the years though.

As a business owner I appreciate excellent customer service. That is exactly what I received when I walked in today and head questions. Zenaida greeted me and assisted she was very polit, knowledgeable, and informative. They will defintley be gaining my business.

Having been a client of Hanger Clinic previously, my spouse, Lee Stickland, was adamant that we return here when he needed a replacement for his leg brace. As before, we dealt with Mike Tracy and, as before, we were very happy with the outcome. Mike was responsive to Lee's specific problems and completely professional and helpful in getting us fixed up. The entire experience was easy and efficient and we recommend both Hanger Clinic and Mike Tracy highly.

Kelly Jillian and mini-me-Matt are awesome, I never have to wait, they are courteous professional and efficient. I love my Hanger clinic.

I've received 3 orthotic appliances in the last several years from Hanger. The last 2 appliances I've dealt exclusively with Mike Tracey. The entire staff at Hanger is outstanding, especially Mike, who has a unique knowledge of the product and a special empathy with his clients. While working with Mike, you'll find him to be laser-focused on making sure you're happy & satisfied with your Hanger product.

I've been coming to this Clinic for a couple years and I always have a great experience. From Kelly and Sonia at the front being helpful and friendly. To Mike and Jillian taking the time to listen and get my prosthetic set up right. Thank you all!

I was given a flyer by my doctor with the info for this place. I looked online and on the flyer and nothing is said about making an appointment or best to make one or anything. As soon as I showed up here the first thing they say is we are not a "pharmacy" and it's best to have an appointment. Then I was told I may have to wait an hour until seen. I was confused as I sat there. I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. Someone did come with an appointment and within 20 minutes was in and out. So what I think I would have done by now if I was one of the 15 people (staff) just hanging out in the back, I would have made it known to future customers that an appointment is needed or preferred. Like putting it on the website or flyer info.
