Dropped off my wedding dress 2 months ago to get cleaned and preserved. They said they would call when it was ready to be picked up. After calling multiple times, they finally told me my dress has been ready for a while but they couldn’t call me because their phone was broken.

Need to stay open a little later during the week. And I almost fell over when I picked up 14 items 10 were oxford work shirts 2 shorts 2 shirt dress and paid $116.00! When I dropped off the girl said $42.00 when I picked up the girl that was there yesterday said.that was misquoted and no opinion on my concern. I took all the recent dry cleaning I have to Jansens.

Sewing a name tag on took longer than promised by over a week (3 weeks total) work good, price right

I brought in a uniform to have nametape and rank sewn on. I asked for expedited service to receive it before a certain date. The date was met, however the rank was not sewn on and I was charged $45 for the partially completed service. Would not recommend this service to anyone in the future.

Got some workout pants and a top hemmed and they look great, they did it in less than a week and it was affordable. I also got a dress dry cleaned and it looks beautiful!

Update: I had a very expensive formal gown altered here and the dress ended up still too long, so I had to wear casual platform wedges with it to make it work because there was no time to do anything else to it. She also took up the shoulder seams too much so that it raised the waistline, which then cut into my ribs. I would never trust her with formal wear again.

Ask their prices before you use them. I was left with a shocking $640 bill for having napkins pressed. We called to talk to them about it and they said they used to give the prices upfront but they no longer do that. I realize it’s on me to have asked, but what rational person would have thought the bill for pressing napkins would be $640.

They always do a fantastic job. Had to get two of my shirts pressed. Fast service and they turned out great. Highly recommend this Store.

A section of my garment wasn’t clean. The white collar had a yellowish water stain. They did a re-do and it was ready the next day. It was cleaner but not as white as other parts of the garment.
The lady representing the company is very pleasant.

Friendly and consistently do a good job on my clothes. They have replaced buttons for free and I like that they gave me a quick drop bag to make it easy to drop off clothes. Prices are comparable to others. Hours have been reduced, would be nice if they opened at 7 before work.

V was awesome! She absolutely saved me by altering a formal dress for me and doing it in just a few hours. She did an amazing job on the dress and it fit perfectly. Thank you!
