I purchased a heat pump from them and they service it regularly. This call was requested by me as I thought it was running louder than usual. They came and looked everything over and all running smoothly now.

I had an entire new split unit installed, Mike was our first contact and he talked to my husband and I and explained what we would get with a quote. Answered all of our questions and was helpful. All of the installment crew were professional and courteous. They explained what they would be doing and the steps they would take to complete it. In two days they completed the entire job, just like the said they would, they always arrived on time and let me know when they were done for the day. They made sure nothing in my home was damaged and they were careful to make sure everything worked properly. I decided to go with Hansberger’s due to their reviews and the years of experience they displayed, I am happy to say I was not disappointed. Michael Mendivil answered a long list of questions while we were making our decision about our new system. We didn’t know much about heat pump systems and Michael was able to answer all questions.
