Everyone at Happy Ears was very friendly and the environment is pleasant, bright and clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to check out their hearing. The test is free!

After consultation and clinical hearing procedures, I told Dr. Kelly Halterman how glad I am to come to my appointment even though I considered ignoring my family doctor's referral and not even calling the hearing center for an appointment. I was skeptical that the only consequence is that I would be pressured into purchasing expensive brand-name hearing aids; but that was not the case. Dr. Halterman did not present me with the variety of product devices available until I asked to satisfy my curiousity. She did not feel that my hearing was inferior enough to warrant use of these devices yet. Moreover, she removed a glob of ear wax from my left ear about two-thirds the size of a plain M&M candy. If and when my hearing deteriorates, I would seek out Happy Ears and Dr. Halterman for further consultation.

Everyone in the office was very professional very willing to work with me and I understood my entire appointment made it 10 times better I loved my doctor. I saw she made it feel like she listened to me. After she put in good hearing aids that I can understand her, I was, she told me I was more relaxed being able to use Both ears, and it gave me hope

I had my first visit to Happy Ears Hearing Center recently. Excellent experience from the Office Staff to the Audiologist, Dr Seaton! The testing for hearing loss was state-of-the-art. Cognitive effects of hearing loss was even screened.
Dr Seaton was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. She explained all results immediately following the testing. I left with peace of mind knowing I have baseline information for me to share with my family doctor. If/when I do have hearing loss that impacts daily life, I will definitely go to Happy Ears to get my hearing aids. Thank You Happy Ears!

Incredibly helpful! I needed one of my aids repaired even though I had not purchased it from them. They found what I needed and secured it for me. An hour later I was fixed and out the door. Fair price too. Laura was professional and so helpful!

My husband Gabe has been struggling with severe hearing loss for several years now. We were told by Costco about three years ago that he was in the range for a cochlear implant. We went ahead with hearing aids and they helped some until finally his hearing got so bad we decided to pursue a cochlear implant. While researching cochlear implants on the Internet we discovered Happy Ears. We had him evaluated there and he did fall into the severe hearing loss category. When the doctor took us into a room to give us information she set Gabe up with a pair of super powered hearings aids so that he could hear what she had to say. His face lit up and he said “I can’t believe how well I can hear! ” We had no idea there were stronger hearing aids available than what he had been using. Several of his friends have spent between $5,000 and $10,000 on hearing aids and they were no better off than Gabe was. Since he is 84 we decided to not proceed with the cochlear implant and spent the money for the super powered hearing aids. We picked them up yesterday and he is absolutely amazed at the difference. We would strongly recommend Happy Ears for anyone who is struggling with severe hearing loss. The audiologists and staff are amazing. They are very friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Happy Ears!
