If you like ridiculously long wait both in the waiting room and once your in a room. Be sure to clear your day cause you'll be here a minimum of 2 hours for a simple appointment. Literally the only reason we come here is because they have same day sick appointments. I would give them negative stars if I could.

This place sucks. Idk why they make appointments if they don’t call you at your appointment time.

Long time waiting! Over a hour when we’re finally done with appointment! They overbook appointments!

The staff (doctors and assistants) provide excellent medical service, they explain things to you efficiently and their treatment is very good. But the administrative part is terrible, the people who schedule and manage the information need better training. They have scheduled appointments for me, they confirm them and when they arrive it is not possible for them to attend you or they do not have the results you require and the vaccination schemes are incomplete.

The only pediatrician I recommend is Araceli honestly the other are horrible and been coming here for years

Took my baby here and I’m very disappointed the doctor she saw wasn’t sure what she was doing guessing saying she might have this or might have that she wasn’t sure she was in and out like a flash very unprofessional she solved nothing and send us on our way I don’t know why have someone like that is there with a label that can’t be it SMH

The super good doctor. But some of those around her not so much. They leave you waiting on the phone for more than half an hour (literally). When they answer they tell you, after having explained everything... How can I help you. I mean, I don't understand anything. I'm so sorry I moved my kids from there. The truth is I can't handle that irresponsibility. I also work

I been here for 1hour already had my appt at 10 they taking in people that came in after me will not recommend this place

Today was my first appointment for my daughter and Dr. Josefina and the staff were very friendly.

Very disappointed with this Doctor's office. My son was feeling really bad and they sent him back because her grandmother wasn't "authorized". I been going for years to this office and their grandparent would take them sometimes and we never had this problem before. I was told this was a new policy change and we should have filled out a form which we never received. I spoke with office manager Adriana Gonzalez and she couldn't care less even though we weren't made aware of this policy change before. She was very rude and unprofessional to my mom who took my son because I was busy at work. I'll be taking my 3 kids to a different Doctor's office from now on. BEWARE!
