New gimmick is you have to return some things online. Cant return to the store. And they don't tell you that, it's only snuck on the receipt.

Harbor Break, gotta love their prices cause you won't love the quality of much there. I have yet to purchase any item with an inflatable tires including replacement inflatable tire that holds air pressure. They should give you a free air compressor when you buy a tire cause you're going to need one.

They refused to sell me a 1000 dollar generator because they didn’t want to get it from the back room

Excellent value of tools for the paíd price

This place is awesome, they carry most tools a mechanic could need. I as a mobile mechanic get my tools here, they have great quality or less expensive tool also.

This is a added place to shop when you can not find it at Lowes Hardware or Home Depot. Big selection of tools and other hardware items for your job or hobbies.

I hate going to this store, I always know that no matter how many customers are there it will be a long time to check out. I travel a lot and see other Harbor Freight stores that run efficiently. This one needs a tune up on customer service.

Always a line, never enough tellers.
Plenty of people working, just not at the cash registers.

Hopefully, the manager starts paying attention to what's going on and sends the other employees to the registers when necessary.

Listen, say what you will about their products. But every single time I've ever gone in there any problem whatsoever Has always been taken care of quickly with no headache whatsoever. I have products of theirs that have lasted me years upon years. And then I have products that there's that. Have failed me in 1 hour Regardless of what the issue was the people in there always immediately willing to help. Always great customer service. I can't talk about these guys enough.

Drove to this location from San Felipe, Baja California because they had what I needed. A ramp for my motorcycle. The store in El Centro was out of stock. Employees were very helpful and took great care of my needs.

The only complaint I have about Harbor Freight is that alot of their tool sets are incomplete, missing parts. Even though they discount these tool kits it still doesn't help when you get home and find that the one tool in a tool kit that you needed is the only tool missing out of the kit. Beware when buying discounted tool sets.

Helpful staff, although, when a rude customer interrupts it would be nice if the employee asked them to wait while they finish with the current customer.

Always friendly staff even though they seemed to be short staffed. Great deals and good products.
