Harkins Theatres Chandler Crossroads 12

Not my favorite Harkins, we like Tempe Marketplace better, but that is 30 minutes away, Crossroads is about 7 minutes away. The people aren't as friendly, just not as enjoyable experience as Tempe.

Good movie place, prices slightly high but good service and high amount of snack and film selections

I love this movie theater when ever I need to watch a movie. You know that I am already there watch that movie in there. There snakes are so good and it is not to overpriced. The popcorn makes me feel completely. Usually I don’t do big business reviews but last time I went I had a really good time.

Someone's feet stank, I mean real bad, c'mon people keep please keep your shoes on, come to find out it was my own date, she's bad!

This place is always alway are go to place we live 20 mins away and still go here that should say enough!

Watched the "Joker" tonight and was the Best Movie Ive seen in awhile. People kept saying! Ncel in the Theatre though.
Im on the train of -"there are somethings bigger than money, $ex and legacy.
Things that will define this and the next generations by what we do today"
I think the Joker portrayed that very magnificently as well az subtly:)

Great Harkins. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lobby, bathrooms and theatres ate always immaculately clean. Job well done!

Reserved seats are the only way to go. Comfy recliners. Reserve seats early for primetime showings.

Went to the movie on a Tues afternoon. Friendly staff, nice bar.very clean, popcorn fresh, no crowds. Very enjoyable afternoon. I will return to this theater and refer friends.

Facilities are nice but the workers at the concession stand are slow as a seven years itch and six years behind in scratching. There was no sense of urgency and gratitude by the food servers.

If you go to the concessions and there is a young lady named Kali J working your register prepare to watch time fly. Spent more time in line than my last trip to the DMV.

Prices are high but the staff here is friendly and the theaters/walking areas/concession stands are kept very clean. The popcorn is what you expect from a movie theater, nice and buttery and they have plenty of snack and drink options. There's also a bar in the main lobby! Solid movie theater, would definitely go back.

Great theater. Really haven't been to a Harkins until we moved here. We will definitely be coming back to see movies here.

Saw antman was awesome love the food very expensive though 100 dollars for 5 to eat not including the tickets

It's got a nice little bar but no child care area (very few Harkins have both). Overall the staff is friendly but it's hard for them to keep up when it's super busy, you also have to remind them to put in your rewards member number to get the points.

Harkins is my favorite theatre in the valley. They seem to be better staffed than other theatres, which really helps the concession lines.

Movie was great, but the experience was somewhat dampened by so many people inconsiderately blocking off entire rows of seats for friends forcing three of us to split up. Our mistake for getting ice cream first.

Very nice theater, clean.friendly staff good selection of food prices are reasonable. I would rate it five star cir they need to update to the reclining chairs and were you can pick your seats.

They have very nice staff with a decent little bar. The drinks are pricey but they absolutely refuse to accept tips. The seats could be more comfortable but it is a clean establishment and we enjoyed the movie!
