14I loved how empty the movie theater was with our current pandemic situation. I was able to social distance and enjoy a good movie.
I am speechless whit this amazing Harkins theater at Chandler; so clean, the sits are reclinables, smell good and the protocol of mask up and keep distances are perfect. I can't wait for comeback there!
We love this theater, you have assigned seats, no fighting for the seats you want, they have lately been spacing seats out with two seats between guests, everyone is very helpful and friendly. We have been to theaters all over the country but Harkins is one of the best and the Chandler Fashion 20 is the best out of the Harkins. The Tuesday night classics are always great for the movies you may not been able to see on the big screen. They Popcorn Perks, loyalty cup and loyalty program are great, sign up and you get cash back to spend in concessions and you get $5.00 on your birthday.
Great place to catch a movie that has excellent seating. Yes I drive 25 minutes because this is such a Kool place to escape all the mess with COVID 19.
They've upgraded many things since I went here last a couple of years ago. The chairs are reclining but not overly large and spaced as AMD. The only thing I don't like is they've copied some of the competition in taking out the arcade for a bar.
It was super clean and they definitely implemented social distancing and masks. Great way to get out and still feel safe!
I love stadium sending for better movie experience. Harkins has the best picture and sound quality in Chandler. The seating in amc might be a tad better but that's no match to Harkins's overall movie experience.
Harkins has really nice customer service. It is always nice and clean on the outside but, restrooms can be a little more cleaner.
Great seats, sound system and screen. I saw Tenet their twice (it's one of those movies you have to see multiple times).
Harkins theaters are one of the best around good atmosphere, great popcorn and the best movies, my kids love Hocus pocus, but seeing it on the big screen again, was one of the best moments of my life on October 11th 2020.

Great theater experience! Nice and clean facilities. The theater itself is nicely fitted with recliner seats and great screen/audio. Awesome experience overall.
Had a horrible experience here and will not be returning to Harkins again. Their website charged me but didn’t provide me any ticket info when I called they guaranteed me the tickets were purchased and I’d have no issues. When I arrived the manager was rude and made me purchase the tickets again without offering any help or empathy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My wife and I really love, Harkins we were so happy when they opened back up, And we were so happy to see our great friend Karate who love he is amazing!
They have new recliner chairs. The employees were great and friendly. They have some of the best classic movies available to watch on the big screen.
