23Wanted to see F9. This theater was almost empty. They didn't change the seats but I like them better than the reclining seats.
Good theater, clean with a decent group of kids working there. Just don't buy the Big Bag of Harkins popcorn expecting to get butter on top, they say they CAN'T. Even though, all your doing is asking them to take their bag of popcorn they are selling you, and add some of their butter on top, like they do ALL DAY with the paper bags, they will refuse? !
Team member was nice at Consessions.was in line at 6pm, bought 4 more movie cups, 2 extra large popcorns, even bought the $30 popcorn add on for future movies. I asked guy, wearing glasses, if they had salt. He said, no, we are out, but you can buy 2 individual flavored salt shakers, $2 a piece. I bought a white cheddar and kettle corn. $4. We stop to get napkins and straws, they had bins FULL of salt! Was irritated because I was given false information. I feel taken advantage of!
First time at Harkins this year & since Feb went smoothly. Staff was pleasant & helpful.
Prices seemed a bit more but everything is now. Movie good with lots of cool new previews. Want to see them all! Yeah! Harkins!
Clean and very nice location. Staff was friendly. WW84 on Christmas Day great times, we've been waiting. Thank you
We were a family of four with only another 6 people in theatre. Now is the time to see a movie.
They are taking every precaution against Covid and we ended up the only people in our theater. I felt safer in the movie theater than I do at the grocery store.
This location is clean and well ran. My kids and I go here about 3 times a month and each time it's the best. Prices are expensive as hell.so go before 6 of you can and for the afternoon matinee, go before 3pm. Also, they have clean bathrooms. Don't know about you: But it's a deal breaker for us. Especially when there is food involved.
Not that clean. It has that"sticky"feeling all over the place.
Seats out dated.ready for the remodel!
Great popcorn and sound, terrible old fashioned tight seats, I've gotten spoiled by AMC's electric recliners with all the room
I've been going here since 2012. I just go to the matinees ($8 a ticket). There's 14 screens, the place is clean and friendly, and I still plan on returning here for movies this fall and beyond.
Always a nice place to go and see the movies, Fortunately a lot of the seats in the theaters are broken making it a little bit uncomfortable
Nice theater. Reasonable ticket price and clean. Staff were pleasant and seating was comfortable.
It's a basic theater. Clean and started on time. Seating could be switched to a reclining chair like others are moving too.
Great service and they always pay attention and remove people causing problems inside the theater rooms.
Enjoy this theater, easy to get to and have been playing all the new release films. Chairs are comfortable, staff are professional and plentiful. Lines are usually not to long at the concession stand and the popcorn is very good.
Wife and I have gone last 4 weeks in a row to see new releases.
Plenty of parking and lots to do and eat in the area.
The update about the Harkin's Norterra theater at Happy Valley Rd.was inadequate for the parking situation and led us all over the place.
We mistakenly had the wrong time for the movie. The guy at the ticket booth sold us tickets to a movie that was already 25 minutes into the movie. Then we waited another 10 minutes for popcorn and drinks. So when we realized that we had missed part of the movie the response was the next one started 2 hours later and I could wait for it. Just seems so wrong to me.
We love the nor Terra Harkins. Please don't go to the advanced seating! We l0ve you as you are!
