I've been here several times, but I have to sing their praises over this last time. I needed to have a semi-urgent procedure done, but am losing insurance soon. Not only did the office staff work to help get everything taken care of, and without causing me a headache, but both before and during the procedure Dr. Bradley was incredible.
I don't believe that in all the different doctors and specialists I've seen over the years (for largely unrelated things, regardless), I have ever had a doctor who was so open and willing to explain and converse over what was happening. Especially in a respectful manner that wasn't simply, "I doubt you know what I'm saying, so let me give you the bare minimum of information". She even explained what she was doing DURING the procedure, which was both helpful and informative. I've had the procedure done once before and knowing what is going on is immeasurably reassuring, and helps to prep.
Both Dr. Bradley and Yesica (Yessica? Apologies if the spelling is off) were fantastic, and I highly, highly recommend Harmony to anyone in need.

The doctor is a very nice person but above that she is a real professional person, she is understanding of your needs and gives you solutions and meets your needs. I am happy with my doctor.

The front desk ladies are welcoming and the clinic staff have always been friendly. Dr. Sen was my OB and was excellent. She is smart, kind and never rushed during our appointments. I had a ton of questions and a specific birthing plan that was respected. She was honest about what to expect and prepared me for how labor can change your plans depending on circumstances. She felt like a part of my team and a partner in my care.

Clinic is very clean, front desk is friendly and Dr. Melissa is excellent! Felt very comfortable.

I don’t know why the staff is getting bad reviews because I love the front desk ladies! I will admit last year the lady who took my weight and blood pressure wasn’t very warming and kinda cold, but eh. Whatever. The lady I had today was wonderful! But yes, front desk ladies are always friendly and even gave me literally handfuls of samples of things that I needed for my new baby and I thought that was awesome.
Dr. Bradley has been an awesome doctor, last year for my sons birth and now this year with my new pregnancy. Very knowledgeable and very “low key” which makes me not stressed out to be at the doctors. Very clear with her answers and even if I feel silly asking them she answers truthfully and doesn’t make you feel weird/dumb for asking.
So I think this place is great (:

I was referred to this office through the VA. Long story short: their office needs more training on dealing with Tricare and Triwest insurance coverage so they stop calling vets and telling them that they’re not covered when they are; which in turn - turns into a coverage battle over the phone and having to deal with the insurance to figure out why this office is confused. I’ve never had a problem with any other doctors office while using my insurance.

Secondly, I’m not a healthcare professional and don’t know a lot of the things I probably should know about my body. Thus my visit. The nurse who saw me had no bedside manner and wasn’t taking the time to explain to me certain things.

Lastly, I’ve only been to this office once. It took me a little over a month to finally get in to see a doctor, and during that visit I had blood drawn for some testing. This was on Jan 14th. It’s now Feb 6th and I have yet to hear from this doctors office on any results or to reschedule a follow up for the problems that I’m having.

I wanted to see an outside provider seeing that the VA is always nuts. But at this point, I’d rather stay at the VA then have to deal with this office.

UPDATE: it’s Feb 27th. Still had no word on blood results nor did anyone call me back to reschedule an apt even after I had the VA try and intervene. So I physically went in and asked what was going on. The office was empty with no patients waiting and all I wanted was a copy of my results so I could leave. It took them 30 minutes to print them out and I had to ask for a “doctors note” 5 times before I was given one. I do not recommend this office for your OBGYN needs.

I was given my medical records and attached in the middle of them were someone else’s records. It’s been 3 days since I left a message with no reply on how to deal with the other woman’s PHI. I’ve also personally seen them for years and over the past year have had two miscarriages. This is my third pregnancy and they have coordinated my care so poorly. All I get is excuses and no one wants to help.

Dr funkes or funkus is amazing. Very proactive very attentive. Goes the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met and usually the same day. Never leaving harmony! Thankful to have found them

Now that Dr. Mercado is gone, I don’t see the point of going back. I don’t get phone calls when they receive my referral, the appointment desk has no customer service and make you feel like you are wrong about everything, and I can never get a call back from the billing office. It shouldn’t be this much work or this unpleasant.

Dr. Melissa Bradley is the most kind and compassionate physician i have ever came across. She does an excellent job and takes time to listen and make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend dr. Bradley

De. Mercado is one of the best doctors you could ever find. She is so sweet, she answers all your questions and take time to explain.
She really cares about you!

Not exactly how I want to be treated while pregnant and not feeling well. I don't feel welcomed when I go or when I call. Not thrilled. It's too late to change to another place I'm due in December, now November. Not recomending this place.

I wanted to deliver at St Joe’s because I thought they did water births (obviously know now they do not but do have a labor tub). Harmony received good reviews and I looked up each doctor to see who I might like best and landed on Dr. Funckes. This may have also been because the name kind of looks like Dr. Fun Cakes. This is my first pregnancy and I felt more comfortable with a doctor and giving birth at a hospital.
I only saw Dr. F two times, the first one we went over a lot of information and my wait time was about 20 minutes, the second appointment I had she was out of town (no big deal) but the difference between Dr. F and the NP who filled in was extremely noticeable. The NP was very thoughtful, went through common questions with us, remembered to give us our gift bag (which no one at the desk or the doctor thought of to do), gave us great hand out information and told us about the tours at SJH and the classes offered. She also gave us a pro tip for when to schedule appointments for the least amount of wait time. We got to see the baby’s heart beat (couldn’t quite hear it yet bc it was too early) and she gave us an appropriate amount of time to oogle at the tiny fetus that was forming inside me. This made up for the wait time of 45-50 minutes.
Our third appointment with Dr. F made the personality difference and bedside manner that much more apparent. We went over a lot of the same information from the first appointment (annoying). She asked me to ask my questions while she listened to the heartbeat for all of about 10 seconds. While I appreciated her opening the door for my questions, it overshadowed us getting to hear the heartbeat for the first time. I got to enjoy more of it but my boyfriend only heard about 5 seconds and then it was gone. I began to cry (for a bunch of other reasons) and she seemed visibly uncomfortable by my tears. I know some people don’t know how to handle a situation where someone is crying but I would think she would be pretty use to that by now? Awkward. The wait time was between 25-30 minutes and staff also called out for another client when my boyfriend and I were the only ones in the waiting room (silly).
The billing department was SUPER friendly and helpful though.
We decided to move to a midwife and go for a water birth, no meds, etc. I don’t necessarily think this place is bad, just a little more TLC and preparation for incoming clients so information is not rehashed over and over would be nice. I am also a big stickler for wait times because it is a waste of my time as a paying customer to have to wait more than 20 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sherman since 1999. I have always found the service here excellent. Very personable and easy to talk to about any concerns I have had.

The obgyn is really nice and everyone there makes you feel welcomed i high recommend this place to mothers

Dr. Mercado one of the best gynecologist, she always takes her time to answer all my questions. She's not only a doctor, she becomes your good friend, never rush me out of the room. I can honestly say i trust her with my care. May god always bless her to continue the god bless her with
