Harrah's Ak-Chin, Maricopa AZ

Go every Tuesday to get my wife weekly gift we go to the snack bar. The cooks and cashier are awesome the food is great. I would like these people compensated someway. We enjoy the food thank Bill Gonzalez

Very nice rooms and clean casino. Workers wiped down the counter after each guest. Very relaxing place. The Gym was very clean a lot of weight equipment to choose from.

The room was fully updated and renovated. Had a bite to eat at one of there mini food places on the casino floor. The nachos I bought were not that great. Over priced and tasted old. Staff was friendly.

Their french onion soup was superb and the New York cut medium cook was just right. However, It might be a good idea to make reservations before hand and not show up suddenly like we did and had to wait almost 30 minutes, but it was worth every minute. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pedestals with hangers for women to hang their bags. In some cultures women believe its bad luck to place their bags on the floor not to mention antihigiene. And it wouldn't take up a valuable seat for some other customer. Thanks to all the wonderful Chop and Block staff. We enjoyed celebrating my wife's birthday at your restaurant.

I have been to the casino many times and each time that I've been there I've had a great experience. The beds are very comfortable and I love the restaurants.

I always win here. Not millionaire status but I always enjoy my visits. Employees are nice.

Management cut costs No olives in the Bloody Mary? Having to keep a room key in the door for bathroom light? Bad litigation move there for falls. 2 hour wait for seated lunch/, dinner
? Thankfully Vegas will treat us better

Had a great time at the casino with my Mom! In general, Arizona casinos are not very nice to me, but this was my first time at Harrah's and it was awesome! The slots there really liked me! We will definitely be going back, thanks Harrah's!

Great (and only available) accomodations for staying in Maricopa: large modern room, huge pool area. Staff is very friendly.

Check-in was a little weird. Stood in line to check, there were three clerks, two were helping with people checking in, and the third, a female supervisor was busy socializing with two other males. They were talking and laughing, having a great time behind the counter. I guess she realized that there were guest's waiting to check in, she waved to me, all the while still laughing with the males that had been socializing with her, stating that she did not see me because I was too short to see. In my opinion, she wasn't doing her job and then was rude.
Room was nice but shower was not cleaned. The shower wall and floor corners had black dirt or mold. No parking valet and no bellmen were available. The rest of the staff was friendly. The dunkin' donuts shop has good. Skip their so call cafe.

Cool lil hotel w VERY nice rooms w patios. Casino is awesome with good food, and the attached theater and bowling alley just sets it off, there's really everything you could want here. I had some terrible customer service at the latenight Cafe however, but the sandwich was delicious! Overall size is a bit small, and rooms patios seem to be too close together. Overall, a hotel/casino I'd definitely recommend, and would stay at again

Great vovid protocols are followed and enforced incl masking and extra attention on room cleaning. However that does impact the gaming experience given table occupancy limits. A bit outta the way if you are in the west valley. Staff was very friendly and hepful

Best get away. Cleanest room's for overnight stays. I should know I was a house keeper supervisor for 9 years

Worst location for a comedy show I've ever been to. If your favorite comic is playing here it is NOT worth the price. The venue is literally a conference room filled with uncomfortable office waiting room chairs. Can't see the performer at all; even the two TVs hung in 2 corners of the room had absolutely horrible connections and appeared blurry. I loved Tom Seguras new set, but this place is not for comedy. It represents almost everything that isn't comedy. Don't see a comedy show here. Beer was 12.00 a bottle, but we are all used to that I guess. 1 extra star for safety related to covid, they did a good job with that.

First time visiting and probably my last. Was treated poorly by 2 men supervisors and it soured my experience on the place as a whole!

Plenty of good restaurants. Love the resort rooms with the pool. Very nice fitness center. So many friendly staff in all departments. The transportation department staff were special standouts!
