Harvest HOC of Avondale Dispensary

Customer service was horrible. The people working in the back are no help and have no real knowledge about cannabis. They have a menu to flashes on the tv screen with no real time to read it and once you get to the back they pretty try to rush you out of the store. I will NEVER waist my money here again. 90% of their top shelf you can by off the street for half the price. Not to mention all the bs taxes they add along with the horrible experience I must say recreational is not the way I will be shopping from my location weed-man.

We came in last night and there was a line as we expected. The manager was very helpful and reassured us that he would make sure we all got in to get what we needed before they closed. We got there around 7 and got in a little after 8pm. We got in and out with what we needed. All the employees were very kind and helpful even after most of them had been there since they opened that morning. Wonderful customer service for sure ️

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years. The staff are just great! The indicator from a web search is inaccurate. Today it indicated that there were almost no customers there. I rushed over and the parking lot and street were full of cars. I have called several time to place an order. There is a 2 minute 15 second spiel telling me to use the website and no one ever answers the phone. The website is a disaster. If you search for Baked Brothers there is only one item. I don't think that's correct. Today I tried again at the Avondale dispensary and the next thing I see is the location has changed to Tucson. With the new law allowing recreational marijuana the staffing needs to be bolstered to provide any kind of decent service.

Even though there were lots of cars in the lot and on the street there was only one person ahead of me. They have added to more staff to handle recreational users. Their stock is fairly up to date it's just because most of the items I needed from the website were sold out to recreational users. The website is remarkably efficient just make sure you pick up the day you place an order.

For a first time going there everything was good. Got greeted right when I walked in, and every worker there was cool and understanding. I will recommend for all bud smokers. But this will be my first go to spot.

It's awesome to have such a great dispensary in Avondale! The staff is great and the products they carry or top notch. Whether you need CBD, edibles, or flower this is the place to go) They always have my favorite strains too!

People were super great, but the time it took them to find one of my products was just short of ridiculous and the quality of flower reminded me of what we got in the 90s.

This dispensary never has good deals on flower! Waste of time always call first. Options are limited, no specials.my least favorite dispensary in Az

Slowest dispensary ever they only have 1 patient back at a time and the staff talks to each other more then they work

Very rude unprofessional staff. Was racially profiled and refused service for no other reason than the color of my skin. Beware

Becareful! Always check your prices are correct. I came in today and bought 35$ worth of green and was charged 45$. Thank goodness I caught the transaction and notified them. It was shady for sure and they said it happens often because there machines need time to update. The admin was embarrassed and made it up by refunding me my money they took and gave me $8 worth of free product.

1st time here an felt more then welcome this morning an very helpful for finding wax. Forgot the girl who helped me but she says the words (love, sweety, hun,) you know just words that makes u feel love you know lol

So the pineapple upside down cake was so awesome I have considered making the hr drive back being I have looked and no other locations have had it. The service at this location was awesome. I had never been so rather than in and out I needed a sec, she made sure that I felt like it was cool and I could take my time. She gave lots of suggestions she explained everything! The location is beautiful. The set up is so well put together. The price is worth the flowers and carts. Great promos, take a trip and go have an awesome experience!

I came here and got 4 bags of edibles, 3 carts, 3 pre rolls, and 4.5 grams of flower all for 60$ and the staff is honestly great from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Great prices, great staff and great quality, thank you guys

Everytime I went there I felt like family. The staff is remarkable and they do have great meds at great prices. To bad my card expired and no funds to renew or Id be there daily. Love this place alot!
