Was bad and got worse. Made it all about recreational and profits now. No ounces only eights now.
Tried emailing and got no response.
Place is garbage

I came in today to buy a 500 mg cartridge. When I got home the box was empty. Thank you very much for the waste of my time as well as my money. I will never visit your establishment again

This place should shut down already, EVERYTIME I place an online order they get it wrong or cancel it! The workers are rude and they ALWAYS are out of stuff but yet advertise it online! HARE THIS PLACE

I love that this dispensary doesn't pack their pre-rolls too tight and they use elements instead of raw.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here a little Over 6 months now. I order online and it’s super easy, fast and the website provides lots of information. The people who work there are always super hype, helpful it’s such a dope environment and friendly ️‍ I’ve had nothing but good trips here lol

I usually have a great time here but lately I feel some of the staff are lazy and don't pay attention to what your asking for and also don't count the money you hand them so I lost 20 dollars that way

This particular dispensary is focused more on recreational customers, meaning there there to take as much of your money and pay very little attention to your actual health.

Will not honor online prices. Literally doible the price of my online order when i picked up so i left store empty handed

Always some deals find the right butender like Matthew get you hooked up with a deal and some fire to go home too thanks good lookin.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been here about 10 times but this time they decide to tell me my ID is fake. Horrible manger and wouldn’t recommend to anymore. Prices are too expensive compared to everywhere else I have found also

I've been here twice since the name change and the first time I visited, it was great, the staff was really helpful and had great attitudes. Today however, I came in and it was just me and one other customer and 3 employees behind the counter. All 3 were having fun conversation with the other customer, which is not what my issue was. My issue was when one of the employees came to service me, she was short with me, and continued conversation with a lot of enthusiasm with the other customer and was non conversational with me and straight faced. I felt like my time with her was not valuable.

BAIT AND SWITCH. I received an email BOGO for wana gummies. I drive 45 miles only to be told. 25% off toay. I didnt want to get into it over what I see as false advertising with teller.

Love this dispensary. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's the only one we go to when we're in Phoenix. Products are always good and the pricing is responsible.

Warning! Staff not so friendly girl staff especially look at you up and down as if they have an issue with you as a person. Won't be going back they lost my business. Terrible experience!

Staffs are very deaf accommodating to me. Communication are fantastic. Their cannabis are always top notch. I always go for their edible for sleep!

I will never ever step foot in here again not ever I was there 3 min before closing just for them to tell me there closed I went to tru meds a min before closing they let me in it’s the fact there security told me it I touch the door he’s gonna have to break something I’ve spent thousands Just a threatening me how my supposed to know you guys close at 9: 57 and not 10 o’clock that’s ridiculous I wonder if I could see you guys for that It’s not my fault I drove from Peoria Arizona to your dispensary for a specific item because I wasn’t gonna make it to TruMed arrive three minutes before closing walking up to the door he told me you guys Don’t let anyone in 10 minutes before closing change your time on your sign to 950 for closing I could’ve went somewhere in Peoria and got my medication instead of driving out if I know you guys are gonna play the dirty game and have your security guard threaten me before I even get to the door I’m a medical patient it’s ridiculous

Nice staff when I was there, but I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Before this became a Harvest, they used to recycle old containers for product. I’ve been trying to inquire about this, but no matter what time I call, the phone rings infinitely or it rings then has a busy signal.
