Harvest HOC of Tempe Dispensary

Bad customer service, I drove an hour to get there for deal they advertised then when I arrived they didn’t want to honor it.

These guys are professionals. Weather you're a dude looking to party, or a grandma looking for daily medication, they'll help you figure out what works best for you. They're legal, they're convenient, and they're helpful. I love these folks, and I think you will too!

Harvest needs to get more help on busy days. I stood in line for 10 minutes and did not move 20 ppl ahead.

This place is my go to. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the overall vibe there is just great. Bobby and Melissa are always happy to make suggestions and are so incredibly helpful. The atmosphere is clean and the wait is never long. If you haven’t checked it out yet you really should!

Rude customer service. Management sucks. Drove a hour for a deal they promoted then they won’t honor when arrived. Their selection is minimal of products. Would suggest Zen Leaf down the street

JUST GO TO CURALEAF! I stopped coming here because the prices always glitching makes me feel like fraud is going on. I was overcharged and after driving 15mins back after the manager (white girl purple hair) asked me to prove it in a sassy manner. Once I got here she did not greet me or even apologized for my inconvenience. The deals aren't worth the lack of customer service.

Overall this place was good but now it is just an extreme time commitment to buy here. Online ordering causes massive line waits. Staff is friendly but wait times are too much for me.

Disappointed went to this store for a deal I saw online ask the man for that specific strain and how much I wanted. I showed him the sale online. Guy comes back with the product tells me it doesn't ring up for that price, worker next to him says it's supposed to be the sales price so have the manager override it which he did. I get home and it is not the strain I asked for it had a lot less THC then the one I wanted I was so upset. I call up there and of course you can't return these things and I was told we are out of the one you wanted so he replaced it with another strain without asking me if that's what I wanted. I am furious because I would have chosen something different then what was sold to me so here I was stuck with a strain that was only 11% THC I was very upset will not be going back.

“Jake From State Farm” was the friendliest, and most professional cashier working. Saw him check out 3 people while the other cashiers were still helping one individual. Only 5 stars bc of him

Knowledgeable bud tenders. But frequently out of inventory. Hard to find the same items twice in a row.

Richard is the coolest guy you’d ever wanna meet, and so is Vinny and Robert. Oh and my guy the DreadlockRasta as I call him whenever I go in and I’m just goofin around! These guys are the BEST…. The flower is pretty good and their variety is amazing but what does it for me too is the customer service and the level of patience they have when dealing w customers. It looks easy, and it may be easy to some people, but I’d bet it’s pretty challenging dealing w customer after customer and still maintain the same disposition, but these guys do it w a smile on their face and it’s genuine! Salute to Harvest and if you ever wanna find a place that will never disappoint you then Harvest is where you wanna be!

It does help to expedite your purchase from ordering online; the window is almost never open and consistently told to go in to rec line when the order pick up is down: I always come in around the afternoon on Sundays through Tuesdays. The past 4 visits went like this. Usually wait times are less than 5 minutes with order pickup- it has been 15 minutes plus.

When your medical card expires, it can be a little rough navigating the different prices and inventory. Michael the DA took the time to go “in the back” multiple times to make sure they had the exact products I was looking for. When I found out that I was a couple dollars short, Manager Bobby made sure to check my loyalty points and ensured me that everything would be taken care of! Mr. Bobby, Mr. Vince and Mr. Diamond we’re running a very smooth shift and they seem to always be very helpful in ensuring a smooth guest experience whenever I visit (my apologies if I missed any other managers on duty!)

I do not go anywhere else but Tempe Harvest. The quality of the product and the amazing staff are why. I was there 2 weeks ago and Jakub M.saw my online order and instead suggested a higher quality product at a cheaper price. I highly suggest going to Tempe Harvest, you won't be disappointed.

This review hurts me to write. I LOVE Harvest with all my heart but after today I think I will not be coming back. Bobby talking to me that way was incredibly disrespectful after I politely stated I had a Lyft ride outside. I had been waiting 5 minutes in line (not bad right?) & then 20 minutes at the register (not cheap and very bad) Manager is amazing since the last one left but Bobby, come on man! You can’t speak to customers that way I don’t care how cool you think yu are buddy…

Also Jolio 2 for 60 % isn’t 25% as advertsied.it’s 14% on back of package.

I have issues here every single time. This time their website specifically stated a sale that lasted July 4th-July 7th.came in 4th of July and they say the sale has ended. Checked the website and it was removed. Lines are long. Inventory is non existent. Sucks because I live right by this place but I’m done. Wasted my time too many times. Peace.

They just used to be more medical patient based, thier selection of product has gone down unless you buy a 65$ eight for name brand that is still just okay. Seems they are more recreational based sales now. I get it you need to make money your a corporation, but it was my favorite trip to go to Harvest Dispo for the best medicine as a medical patient, now not so much. However Staff is always on point with everything and super helpful always.

They need to do something about these 30min lines. Having 8 registers and only 3 people working at registers is not considerate of the customers or smart. If you need a good suggestion, Harvest on Baseline is almost always quick and efficient
