Hatfield Medical Group- Red Mountain, Mesa AZ

Hatfield Red Mountain office is great. I’ve seen Mia and I trust her and appreciate her knowledge. Great bedside manner. I just had an appointment 3/18/21. I needed a referral to an Orthopedic doctor. I did contact the Red Mountain office in need of a same day appointment. I felt like I was getting the run around. I explained to the staff I would sit in the lobby and wait if I could be squeezed in. I was able to see Mia the following morning. I was upset that I felt I wasn’t being heard.

The team is always pleasant and helpful. I have been going to the Red Mountain office for close to 20 years and it is rare when I do not have a good experience. Kudos to all at the location

Dr Harrington continues to be over an hour later than scheduled. And is unable to do proper checking due to being too busy.

The Hatfield group started taking care of me after I had covid. I like everyone I have met in the office. Dr. Kent promised me he will be there for the next 10 years. I feel confident in my health being taken care of professionally. Thank you all.

I never get to see any of the Doctors. I'm always offered to see PA's or NP's. In some ways for simple issues the office was pretty convenient & helpful. With more complex issues the follow up is vague as if they forgot the reason for the test in the 1st place. Never asked if I was still experiencing the issue (which is a concerning symptom). I'm returning per my request to see if any additional testing can be done since the issue has not resolved. Hopefully it goes well otherwise I may need to find a new doctor's office.

Dr. Lewis is the best Dr. I have ever seen in all my life. He is very knowledgeable. He really listens to his patience & go all out to help them. He is very patient & kind & makes you feel comfortable as his patient. He's very professional & personable at the same time.

I like Dr Lewis here at this medical group. He's very professional and caring.
But I have some unfortunate concerns with other people like the nurse practitioner, mila.number one issue they take your temperature when you come in. Great.
But my reading was 94°.
She thought it was no big deal that sounds like to me since I wasn't even cold that they aren't doing accurate readings and she didn't care.
Now I get an appt with nurse practitioner because a product that has a recall has been giving people that could turn serious and she didn't even test me for it.instead she gives me medicine for something else that a lot of women get that I definitely don't have.
She starts telling me even after I told her the website to look up that I don't have any blisters well that's not one of the symptoms and she looked for other signs that weren't part of the symptoms.on top of that she did one test that had nothing really much to do with the case, (just can't go into detail on the test because it's personal) now she said the results for 2 days and won't even call me back to tell me the results.
Not nice or professional.
Two other people that really nice there are a couple of male practitioners front desk person, Josh and definitely the people who do blood that's in the office. They really know what they're doing.

This office makes you feel like family not like a patient they always have a wonderful smile on their faces I would travel the world for this office I'm never changing from this office

Everyone at Hatfield Medical Group, this location, does a great job. Nice people and Dr. Lewis is caring, polite, and helpful in solving problems.

The office staff is the most accommodating staff I have ever seen. They have always got me in within 15 min to an hour was the longest I have ever had to wait. I would refer them to anyone. Think you to all of your staff and Doctors. Andrew Gibbons

Most of the staff seemed pretty kind and professional, however the receptionist had a 5+ minute personal phone call during which she gossiped LOUDLY about coworkers and patients. She did not interrupt her call to greet a patient who approached the counter.

Been with you for a number of years sometimes things were not as good as I would’ve liked but on the whole pretty good I’ve had some very difficult months this past year and only once in your office I had a bad spell and I was very unhappy at the speed with which you dealt with the problem eventually you called the ambulance and I ended up in a rehab home Which is what I needed to get to the root of my problem

So far we've had nothing but a great experience here, the nurse practitioner is always "on the ball" she's been wonderful & knowledgeable, never a long wait, & love the fact that once they take you back to wait to be seen the doc is in very shortly after, we've gotten in & out in no time!

I have been seeing dr. Lewis for approximately 4 or 5 years since he's been there and he is the best Dr I've seen in quite some time. If a specialist is needed he sends you to the best. I have been a client of Hatfield Family Medical Red Mountain for approximately 10 years no complaints ever! Don't have to wait long in the waiting room and dr. Lewis is very thorough and above all he will sit and listen to you.

Dr. Gordonis great! She has an excellent memory. She remembers stuff we talked about 6 months ago. Her and the rest of the staff are very respectful and caring.

My family and I have been going to Hatfield for years, we’ve been to the Gilbert office, the chandler office and the Red Mountain office and we’ve been treated with kindness at every one. Knowledgeable and friendly front office! All around great experience!

Love S. Khan PA & staff however do not care for Dr. Lewis. He is a very unfair doctor, he will do certain things for some patients and not others.

Dr. K. T. Lewis is the best.he has saved my life a couple of times.he's been my dr.for about 14yrs now. He & his staff are caring.considerate.professional.kind.the best.knowledgeable.up to date.on medical issues.usually never wait to get in either.highly recommended indeed.

Hatfield Medical Group always has been friendly, and courteous to me. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes when being put on hold on the phone line.

I was very happy with my appointment today. The staff was friendly and professional. Prompt service - quick in and out. I feel 100% better after my visit.
