My son hurt his eye while playing. They got me in immediately and understood his pain. Wrote a note for school as his cornea was scratched and he would miss a couple days! They were very proactive in their care for him and I am impressed!

Dr. Adams can NEVER retire! Clearly there for his patients at all times. Same for his staff! Would not go anywhere else!

I was very pleased with my experience with Havasu Eye Center. The staff were helpful and friendly and I felt safe with the safety measures the office is taking.

Dr. Woo was very compassionate and thorough. She knew every bit of my history from the referral. Very knowledgeable about keratoconus and offered choices for me. I would highly recommend her!

WARNING: READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO HERE. I spent almost $400 on an eye exam and new lenses for my current Vera Bradley frames that are worth over $300. They BROKE the frames I brought in and offered me 20% off the purchase of new frames from them (which they still make a substantial profit from). So they broke my barely used frames, offered me no replacement or compensation for breaking them, and then wanted to give me a small discount on buying new frames from them. I was not interested, so I asked for a refund on the lenses I purchased. The response I got was, we can refund you for ONE of the lenses you purchased because they already etched the other lense and Parker Vision would not get a refund from the lab for the one that was already etched. So on top of breaking my frames, they would not refund me for both the lenses I purchased that I cannot use. Dr. Adams, the owner, was completely rude, repeating over and over that I signed a paper saying they are not responsible. He obviously puts profits ahead of his patients and I am out almost $400 AND a pair of glasses costing over $300 with absolutely nothing to show for it except an eye exam. I was upset about the broken frames, but the least they could have done was refund me the $200+ for the lenses I can't even use. I didn't even get an apology for them breaking my frames. I have never been treated this way before by a doctor and I would recommend you consider the huge risk before spending any money at Parker Vision.

I called because I had metal stuck in my eye they got me in ASAP staff was very friendly and the doctor was quick and painless and the bill was the cheapest medical bill I’ve ever seen wouldn’t go anywhere else

The Doctor and all the staff are amazing! Cutting edge tech and treatment as well as being able to preform basic eye exams!

My mom had been a patient of DR. Adams for 17 years, well she went in had an exam got her glasses. When she got her glasses the prescription was wrong and after having to go down there several times they did nothing to make the glasses right. The girls were not helpful and kind of mean to her. The doctor didn't come out and talk to her or try to make the glasses right. The glasses were basically worthless, she couldn't see through them at all. Since they weren't going to make the glasses right, she returned them and they gave her about half of what she paid for the frames and that doesn't count the few hundred dollars she spent for the lenses.

Kudos to Dr. Adam and his staff! Always friendly, efficient and professional. They make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you walk thru the door!

Had what I thought was an urgent eye matter and they were able to get me in with a same day appointment! The staff was pleasant as well as the optometrist! I felt the optometrist did a thorough exam and was able to alleviate my concerns! The only negative I would have to say was that they dilated my eyes and it was difficult to go out in the bright sun and drive home. I was told I should have been given disposable sun shades. That is the only reason that I did not give them 5 stars.
