Jena is the best, have been seeing her for over 5 ys! She has helped alleviate a lot of discomfort associated with my neck and back surgeries. She takes the time to listen. It is never a cookie cutter massage. I always leave with less aches and pains
Was a phenomenal massage. Jena was very nice when she greeted me. Took the time to read the profile I had submitted for problem areas I was feeling. She was very thorough in those areas and I didn’t have to remind her about any of those areas. The 90 minute massage was so good and relaxing I had to keep myself from drooling as I melted into the table. Very good conversationalist. Explained things in detail for ways I can treat problem areas at home. The lighting and music in the room is very soothing and enhances the relaxation of the massage. I highly recommend Knot Ninjas. My first massage was in a lot of pain due to sciatic nerve after massage from them the difference was night and day Jena was amazing very professional and relaxing environment I will continue to come back and recommend to everyone to go there

Never again - these individuals charge you before the massage and refused to bring you in the room unless you put an extra 25% for tips. All of that with no English. It's more like fraud

BUT. I wasn't sure if I was in a waiting room or if I was in a fish/reptile store.
The stench was so horrible that I could not sit in the waiting room and there really was no place to sit.

I got a 90 minute full body massage with Jena. She was professional and nice, plus she gave a WONDERFUL massage. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply where. It was a relaxing experience for sure!
