Haven at South Mountain, Phoenix AZ

I like the place it’s convenient for families and it’s quite and peaceful the management team Isadoro is the best and he was so helpful and he got me approved in a day. The leasing process was smooth and easy. The maintenance team are magnificent they are very responsive and I like that the most.

I wish I can say something nice about this complex but the past year was a nightmare. First the entrance to get in and out is horrendous, you will have issues with this especially when cars block the way so no one can get in or out, with traffic such a nightmare on baseline, you'll be sitting there for awhile. BEWARE! My catalytic converter was stolen in the parking lot, your car WILL be vandalized. There is a police car in the complex at least twice a week. Packages are constantly being stolen off the patio- They don't have a secure place for deliveries except the leasing office, which says they are open 9-5 Monday- Friday but really when you show up at 4pm no one is there- Leasing office is NOT open on weekends at all! Leasing Management are not the nicest people. When I told them what happened with stolen packages, vandalism and theft, Isidoro- the leasing manager, literally said it was just me it was happening to. Gym is unaccessible before 7am or after 8pm. Homeless people are everywhere, very strict on what you keep on your patio or get a notice to evict. Only small dogs are allowed- but you'll see big dogs everywhere. They are nice to you when you first move in but then they start looking down on you. DO NOT LEASE HERE! You'll only be miserable.

The maintenance team is amazing. They get things done immediately. No hassles or reminders. Thank you for all your hard work.

The place is accessible to all the basic necessities but is also accessible to random people coming in and out. It is unsafe. There are always homeless and crackheads that are roaming around the complex. And everytime our nephews play in the playground it always smells weed. The property manager Isidoro is rude and not welcoming. He is not genuine and not helpful at all! Doesnt respond timely and always using the third party people as an excuse when he can't have something in the units fixed. Rent is also too high. From 1500 with Nanci, the property manager last year, it went up to 1900/mo under Isidoro's management. No other option but to renew the contract with a much higher price from the last 2 years.

Living here for the past year and a half I have seen many things change quickly. While I do enjoy the benefits of the gym, dog park, and laundry room I can’t help but be disappointed with the increase of rent. Being a young single renter making $18/hr I can barely make rent and keep myself afloat. With the new management they have tried to help those of us with financial struggles but not all of us qualify. Under the new management I have notice them trying their best to make us residents feel more special. Management has also taken care of the bug issues so that is no longer a problem. Many bugs come from unclean residents or the construction so it is not the buildings fault. If there was two things I could change about these apartments would be the rent price and the sense of community in the complex. It would be nice to have a community gathering so we can meet our neighbors.

Great place to live at. Staff was helpful and professional at all times. Residents are also good people.

Sebastian the maintenance guy was very friendly and got my AC unit fixed same day, thanks to Isidoro for being a great property manager, very fair and knowledgeable

I want to leave a review to let everyone know how great my experience was from start to finish. First off the online application process was super easy to navigate. It didn’t take long after the application to receive a answer! Isidoro the community manager is very professional and responds quickly with any questions or concerns which made it even more better! The community itself is beautiful, quiet, and overall an idea place to live! I can say this had been one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had applying for an apartment! Kuddos! Def will recommend to family and friend!

Haven at South Mountain is a great place to stay in. Everything is so accessible: Churches, Grocery shops, Pharmacy, Gas Station, Convenience Store, and even our workplace is just in the same street. We appreciate the property manager and the rest of the team for always being just one call away for any question. They've always been very accommodating. Haven is indeed a haven to stay.

I'm thankful to be at Haven. It's family friendly. It has a wonderful team of personnel who's easy to deal and work with. Every concern that we have is always addressed professionally.

The location of Haven is also strategic. It's accessible to various establishments for the family's necessities.

The amenities and aesthetic aspect of the whole place are being taken cared of seriously and professionally.

The community is always clean and quiet. Isidoro is prompt to respond to the resident needs and is always very easy to work with. Very professional and friendly. We been here for almost 3 years.

We had a great stay at the Haven at SouthMountain. It is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool is very relaxing. The management (Isidoro) is very helpful and professional. I would recommend highly.

We had a very smooth move in experience. Isidoro was very helpful. It seems to be a very pleasant place to live. Great views of South Mountain. The grounds appear clean and well groomed. Parking is plentiful. Close to many attractions, shopping and dining.

Just moved in and I am beyond disappointed. The location of my apt is unsafe for kids. This manager know I am moving with kids and put me in an appointment basically on the main road. Soon as I step through my door That's the main road smh. I work from home too so I already know the noise from the road gonna drive me crazy. Certain information should be disclosure, they had time to tell me been waiting since end of June for this to be available. I got all the other information but the fact that I would be in the first apt as u enter off the main road. Plus the none of the bedroom has light or fan. Have to turn the Ac was below average so I already know my light bill bout to be crazy. 2 night in and I already had it, can't even sleep because of the noise. And to top this off there is no storage space and you can't even put your kids bikr on the patio. No privacy nothing about the apt is good. I only here because with covid there is not much options

Isidoro the manager is New and has been awesome to work with. Under old Management I had approval for porch shades, but under New Management was informed that I could not have them. He was awesome in sending Maintenance to help remove them for me since I physically couldnt.
