My father was here for 20 days after a stay in the hospital and they were all great. Jalaina was great in therapy and very knowledgeable and gave him exercices that he uses everyday at home, Nicole was his favorite CNA. Everyone else was also great and took great care of him. If he ever had to go back this place is his choice.

I had a broken ankle, the IV antibiotics for 6 weeks was a godsend. I had good physical therapy. I fell in love with most of the nurses. I miss the commodity of both the patients and all of the nurses except 2. I would go back if the situation arose.

I love the way the Therapy Department has been working with my dad the speech therapist Ja-laina Brown is amazing he went from not being able to speak after a massive stroke to actually surprising us by singing Happy Birthday to my son on his birthday. He has come a long way thanks to all of the staff that has been working with him we don't know what we would have done if it weren't for The loving Family at Haven Of Sedona. Thank you for everything

The new building renovation is amazing! Great management and floor staff here who really care about the residents. I love the variety of activities offered for residents too.

I was a patient here. For 2 days. I was expecting some pain and requested a pain pill. Took them over an hour before i got my pill. I was also supposed to be getting rehab but the only thing i did was sit up on the edge of the bed. Staff was nice (hence the 2 stars)

Social Worker no good. And still have not seen her. Let me tell you may be you can relate. I put the call for help too go number 2 and it took an hour and fifteen minutes to respond. Well I can't walk so that much time means a mess in my world. Bad service no excuse.

If anyone has family members here, I suggest that they check on them as much as possible. This facility and company just don't care for the patents properly. My mother was in their care, not only at this place, but also at the location in Show Low. I'm which both locations didn't attend to my mom's request to be seen at a hospital for treatment. I have an aunt that was at their Pinetop/Lakeside location, and she wasn't tended to properly and she started getting bed sores and they were getting worse before she was taken to a hospital and finally taken out of Haven's care. Thank goodness for that. So check on family members. As this company doesn't properly care for patients. And I was even told by employees that they are understaffed. So beware and check up of your family members.

This is the worst rehab facility that I have ever seen. Understaffed, cold food and no regard for the patient. My wife was supposed to get a iv antibiotics but no one ordered them. This facility should be closed.

My sister (63) is a resident in assisted living. She is not ambulatory and has heart and lung issues. Repeatedly, the nursing staff have not given or ordered her medication. It is not consistent. So far she gets no physical therapy, or wheelchair assistance to leave her room. I guess if you are low income, you're not important enough to get what you need.
