I ordered ladder racks and other for my business after a month I called to check on the order still not done I called back a week or two later by now they where promised to be finished, they weren't and I was met with a seriously crappy attitude from Doug the owner and operator he spoke to me like no one I can remember no way to treat your paying customers he also started changing the other parts of my order because and I qwote there's no money in it well if that's the case you should have told me that almost 2 months ago before agreeing to do my work hawkeye welding wasted 2 months of my time and caused me to lose money at work be careful of this guy he's nice one day and then you see what can happen down the road be careful I hope I can help someone avoid what I went threw
