I have been coming to Hayden Road Animal Hospital for years. The staff, technicians and Drs are phenomenal. They truly care for you and your pet. I've never had a bad experience under the different circumstances I've had here. They are up front with the care, will answer all questions the best they are able to and they accept care credit on invoices higher than $200. It's never inconvenient to speak with them in an emergency or just to schedule an appointment during business hours and they have a preferred listing for emergencies outside of business hours.

I've taken our dogs here a few times and have always had a good experience. On our most recent visit, we checked in from our car upon arrival, and someone came out to get us when the exam room was ready. This is so ideal when you have an anxious pet. Our Chihuahua gets scared and defensive in waiting rooms with other dogs, so this was so much easier. Everyone was patient and gentle with him throughout the appointment. Our dog has bad teeth and there was no judgement. They recommended a teeth cleaning and gave a detailed printout with pricing for me to take home with no pressure or guilt. We've already scheduled our dog's appointment to go back and look forward to him feeling more comfortable afterwards.

My dog saw Dr. Ryan for 16 years. Yesterday I had to make the hard decision to put her down. Not only was he very kind and explained everything to me in a way that made me feel better as I have never had to make a decision like this, but every single person on the staff was kind and comforting. I still have a pet that attends this hospital. I will never not recommend them. They are the kindest, most understanding people I have ever dealt with for pets and their owners alike. Thank you all for what you did for my little Hannah. I will never forget your kindness.

The only place we would take our beloved Dog for care. They are intelligent, caring people who understand the love we have for our boy. Excellent Vets and staff.

Hands down the best vet clinic ever! I've been going to them for nearly 10 years, and will continue using them even though I'm moving a half hour away. Nothing but trust for these vets. If your pet has an issue they will take the time to educate you about it so you can make a sound decision. They're up front about costs and I've always found them to be reasonable. I've worked in animal care professions all my life and wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else unless I had to.

I just recently relocated when my dog needed immediate care. The vet & staff were kind. I called up frantic on Saturday & the got me in Monday morning. My dog is usually very anxious at the vets but Dr. Ryan put my old girl at ease.

Called to get my puppy in because of a really bad broken nail. They were extremely helpful and caring. Reached back out to me to help and even text me when he was all situated. Service matters, and Stephanie went above and beyond for my situation. Highest of recommendations.

Awesome place to take your pet! Dr. England & his staff are stellar and they treated my puppy like family. Definitely will be bringing my pup back.
