In my opinion, this place is terrible. I have had a very sore toe for 6 months. This spring I went to see Head to Toe based on its reviews, which I now question. This place is terrible. Dr Shih kept prescribing "treatments" that were not covered by insurance and had no effect such as cortisone shots and sound wave therapy. None of his treatments made the slightest dent in my pain. I finally went to another podiatrist, who actually took an x-ray and diagnosed my problem as arthritis, for which surgery is the course of action, not shots or sound waves. Save yourself pain, time and money and go to a better podiatrist.

Friendly and efficient office staff. Dr. Shih is the director of podiatry and knows what he is doing. He has a great bedside manner and explains procedures and options. I read all the patient reviews for area podiatrists and he is the most highly rated. The office is shared by an optometrist and the reception area is all optometry so don't be put off by that when you walk in. We thought we were in the wrong place!

Refreshingly found a doctor who actually listened to my concerns, responded with actual medical shots that relieved so much of foot pains that is still working 24 hours later! Was knowledgeable of my condition made recommendations as to what to do next! I will make attempts to follow his directions and will call and make an appointment to return for further exam and various treatments! Staff was very welcoming, professional, treating me as a person who needed help!
