Dr Monroe does an excellent job of reviewing all information and explains what the next steps are. I'm lucky to have him as my Primary.

Doctors are good getting in for appointment is next to impossible. Woke up with back hurting hard to get out of bed.week and half out and they are my primary care doctor for 5 years or more

Checked in and was called back to a room with little delay. Dr. Monroe is very good. I have been seeing him for many years now and have not had a bad experience. He is very professional and takes the time to listen. He always answers all my questions to my satisfaction. The overall experience at Healthy Life Family Medicine has been very good. Would recommend Dr. Monroe or anyone else working there.

Dr Monroe has always taken care to listen to my issues and to refer me to specialists when I need one. His office has grown over the years I’ve been a patient, and the staff has improved over time. I recommend this practice if you need a doctor.

Absolutely love this office! Tyra is amazing & everytime I come in she always has a positive attitude. I never have an issue when I bring my children here. Everyone treats us like family! I love Julie as she always makes sure I understand every bit of information given to me and don’t feel rushed to get out the door.

Dr Martin is awesome, very compassionate and thorough. The wait times are crazy long. Over an hour to be seen each time. Part of the reason is she spends so much time with patients, so I guess it's a tradeoff. I wish they had the ability to schedule longer appt times to help with wait.

They handled a really scary illness of my son's and helped me with A prescription I needed to get through. Forever grateful and appreciate Dr Martin, Julie Brown, John Monroe. Thank You! KIM NICKS AND FAMILY

Dr. Monroe is pleasant and respectful. My only negative so far has been calling to schedule an appointment, receptionist cut me off while I talked and pretty much brushed me off.

The front staff is so unprofessional and have client Waiting exceedingly long times.in the waiting room for Appt still waiting after 2 hours and 20 minutes and still haven't been seen. My recommendation would be to clearly go elsewhere after today I will be searching for a new. Provider

One thing as a medical provider myself is time management and respecting another's time. It goes both ways. You ask me to come in 15 minutes early to complete paperwork I will respect that and as I did today came in as asked. My time was far from respected as I waited over 30 minutes to be called back and then sat in a room waiting for a doctor after 45 minutes I from my scheduled appointment time NOT including the 15 minutes I was asked to come early i had to leave. If your doctor is falling 45 minutes behind it would only make sense to adjust appointment times so she has the time she feels she needs to see each patient. Maybe a team building course on time management would benefit the office.

Love Dr. Monroe, Sarah Patterson and Jeremy Ficken. They are always so friendly, kind, pleasant and personable. They always remember me and my mom and my kids.
The whole office staff is outstanding! Could not ask for a better medical office! I have been going to Healthy Life Family Medicine since we moved here in 2011, and I am so pleased that we found them. They are truly the best!

It is good luck on getting a return phone call. The doctors and nurse practicioners might be great but the rest of the staff is what makes it not very good practice.you cant even talk to a human being when you call in. You have to leave voice mails.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely worst office staff I’ve ever come in contact with. I’ve never been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The providers and back office staff are attentive and courteous but the front office, scheduling, billing and referral staff should take some time to hear how patients perceive them. Unfortunately I will be finding a new primary care because I can’t tolerate the difficulty getting an appointment and the consistent disrespect from front office staff. I hope the providers realize that their incompetent and disrespectful staff are causing patients to seek care elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly and the wait time is always short. Clean environment. Doctors take the time to hear your problems and solve them.
