The team was amazing and did a fabulous job with our trees. They knew what they were doing and everything they trimmed looks great! They cleaned up afterwards and left our property spotless! I would highly recommend them if you need tree care!

We had five new trees planted with Heartwood Tree. When Howard came to give us the estimate, he took time to make great suggestions on placement and trees that would be good additions to our yard.

We had an existing tree that wasn't thriving that we thought should be removed and replaced. Instead, Heartwood made planting and root improvements to save the tree, and us money.

Heartwood took care to select the best trees available and carefully planted them to help ensure successful growth. Another crew came to prune and shape a citrus tree that had storm damage. It really helped revive that tree.

The crews had really good knowledge of trees and took care of our property. It's a friendly company that is a pleasure to work with.

The yard looks fantastic. Not only did they do exactly what I asked but they cleaned up the job site very well. Great company to work with and great quality.

From scheduling with Brittini, consulting with Dakota, to Will and the other work crew that did the work we had an excellent experience. Will and crew did a great job removing 5 trees and grinding down the stumps without damaging any irrigation or lighting. It was such a good job and such a good clean up that you wouldn't have even known there had been any trees in the cleaned up areas.

We were so impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail on the care and trimming of our 60 year old Chinese Elm. Would recommend without reservation!

Our favorite overgrown large tree had lost some branches in the summer monsoon, so we called Heartwood. They gave our tree the careful prune it needed. It looks great considering the major trim that was necessary, and we are no longer worried about the future health of our tree. The crew and the arborist were skilled, friendly and professional and we will happily hire them again.

Howard came out and provide some much needed information about preserving two trees for our front yard landscape redo. He also answered some questions on some of our backyard vegetation at the last minute. We will be back in contact as we progress through the work needing done. Thanks Howard!

It was over 10 days till I emailed them for a response to get a quote. Never got the quote after 6 business days when I was told it would be 4 to 5 business days.

I did not have Heartwood work on my trees but, they did bring me a much needed truckload of wood chips for free. The two gentlemen who dropped the chips were courteous, helpful and professional. I would definitely take a chip drop from them again in the future and if I even need of an arborist, Heartwood will be my first call!

Heartwood Tree Care was awesome to work with. We needed 3 trees pruned significantly and 2 others touched up. Dakota came out on Monday and gave us a quote. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The next day we accepted their quote knowing they were scheduling 4 weeks out. When we were contacted to confirm, we were told of a cancellation the next day, so we took it. Jason led a team of 4 guys and did a really good job. He walked me around to ensure I was satisfied and they left my yard very clean. A week later I had some concerns about the amount of pruning on my citrus tree, and the owner, Howard, came by to look at all of the trees. He answered all of our questions and we were left feeling very good about the work they did, their customer service, their pride in a job well done, and we’d recommend them without reservation. We will gladly hire them again.

I have never wanted an option for 6 stars but Heartwood is so amazing, I would give them at least that. Every step of the process of removing my trees was so easy. Everyone is extremely easy to work with. The owner spent time educating me on how to take care of my trees and his prices were fair. I will only use them from now on! Thank you heartwood!

I originally had Heartwood a couple of years ago and was thoroughly pleased. Then I had them 2 months ago and didn't think they trimmed enough. My concern was that they could fall over in a storm. They came out again, free of charge, and trimmed some and assured me they wouldn't fall over in a storm. Would certainly keep using Heartwood forever.

My review of Heartwood Tree Care is not about their services but instead the quality of the people at Heartwood Tree Care.
My family and I were driving by a residential property that Heartwood was working at when a freak accident happened. A stump grind was being performed and a projectile hit our car window and shattered it.
The site manager was on top of it, comforting my family and I while his crew cleaned up the broken glass. Moments later I received a call from Howard who was very prompt and accommodating. Howard and I worked together to replace the car window and ordered a detail of our vehicle to ensure all of the glass was cleaned up, all of which was completed within 48 hours of the incident.
The quality of people that work at Heartwood Tree Care is beyond impressive. Thank you to Howard and his team for making such a great impression on me and my family. You turned an unfortunate situation a comforting one.
