I am 100% satisfied with today's appointment, and Sarah was helpful in every way possible. She explained clearly details of the new model hearing aids, as well as doing a thorough hearing exam, followed by clear explanations. I am very happy to learn of the excellent upgrades in the newest hearing aids, and believe they will help in improving my quality of life.

Sarah was so polite and professional. Took care of my hearing aids and made adjustments to them, and now there perfect. I'm a happy customer.
