While your mission is admirable, your short-sighted hiring practices speak volumes. I would take 20+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership over a degree with a quarter of that experience. Anyone in education would know that a piece of paper is just that.

Helios, definitely the shining star in Phoenix. Amazing building. Not to mention what they do for education both in AZ and FL.

I service there coffee stations. Very nice people to work with, staff seems happy so must be a great place to work at.
