Lyric was super nice and informative! Made me feel comfortable while getting a sugar wax for the first time. Will definitely come back for future waxes.

Absolutely do not recommend! I was in pain for the next two days. I would recommend going to European Wax Center.

HORRIBLE! Left with many burns during my last appointment after having a perfect time with Sara. When I told hello sugar their manager took WEEKS to get back with me promising me I can get something to help with it and DIDNT ANSWER MY EMAILS AFTER! I had to keep texting the help line OVER AND OVER FOR WEEKS EVEN BEGGING TO JUST GET MY MONEY BACK just for them to NOT answer. WHY DO WE TEXT TO SCHEDULE with NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY

Had a sugar Brazilian wax and it was fabulous! Highly recommend
Edited: switched to wax as I had many ingrown hairs with the sugar. The young lady took skin off my lady parts. Couldn’t sit for days

Everything went well.even thought I was nervous. My skin always breaks out.so bad after shaving but now not at all

I always have great experiences getting waxed at Hello Sugar! My waxer is super quick and to the point, she gets me in and out in no time! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Worst wax service ever. Scheduled for eye brows and nose. Did not do eye brows because esthetician pulled part of my mustache off while doing my nose.

Used to like this place until they canceled my appointment without notifying me. Then they proceeded to charge me for months after this. Sneaky way to conduct business as I never received any type of notification. Go somewhere else where they respect their customers.

Today I booked a training session with Sam and Lyric. Although I’ve wax before sugar was a different experience and they both made it very easy from start to finish. Not only was Sam patient and knowledgeable during her feed back lyric took it very well and acted immediately. Book your Brazilian with lyric!

Yesenia was awesome! She was quick and efficient and would definitely recommend. Almost painless!

Overall the comfort and all was great. I noticed that she misses spots on my legs and my Brazilian areas.
