I cannot say enough good things about Hem and Her! After a horrible experience at a big popular store that shall not be named, it felt like complete divine intervention that I ended up at this wonderful shop at the perfect time. Within 5 minutes of being there I found THE DRESS, and the more gorgeous veil that matched perfectly, and I am so grateful! It turned my extremely stressful and disappointing dress shopping experience in to one that I actually enjoyed and one where I felt seen and cared for. Exceptional service and care by every single person I met there, I will forever recommend this wonderful gem to everyone I know and I will never go anywhere else for my formal-wear needs. <3 1000/10!

These folks are absolutely incredible! My wife and I just got married and needed some alterations on my suit. Joyce is AMAZING and it’s obvious she is a pro at what she does—within 5 minutes she knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was slightly intimidated at getting all dressed up for our wedding because I don’t dress fancy very often at all, and I worried I would look silly/not myself. Not the case AT ALL! Joyce made my suit look like a million bucks and had styling suggestions for what belt color to use too. Marv made she sure my suit was packed up and safe for travel too as we got married in Seattle and had to fly with our garments and they both provided tips to keep our outfits looking their best for our day. We looked amazing and felt fantastic too! Don’t hem and haw another second about who to trust! Trust Hem & Her!

I had an amazing experience throughout my dress search because of hem and her. Joyce is an absolute joy to work w, she took time to ensure i was happy w everything.she’s extremely detailed oriented and im lucky to have one of her designs.yissel was the sweetest person to work w.always making me feel beautiful and encouraged.w their help i felt my perfect dress! And marv adds to the experience as well.he’s super funny and a pleasure to be around! Highly recommend!

Joyce and Marv are excellent as well as their staff. I love how my charcoal suit changes colors, depending on the lighting or dimness of the room or outside. 1000% recommend! I received alterations for a bridesmaid dress and also cleaning/restoration of my wedding dress. I could totally trust Joyce in her work and was pleased with her kind spirit and expertise. Owners treat you like family and are so welcoming. Very affordable. The location is beautiful, and you can easily grab a coffee at Red Captain on your way out. Can't wait to come back for another service!

Hem and Her was the best decision I made for my wedding gown. Joyce is amazing! She listened to my every concern and was involved in the tiniest detail. She did not stop until my dress was perfect for me. She truly is an artist and miracle worker! Yissele was also a blast to work with and made my mom and I feel so comfortable and at home. Joyce and Marv are such a wonderful team and couple and their team is the best. The customer service is the best we've received, even better than the big-name wedding shops in town. They both made our wedding experience phenomenal with their spectacular customer service, love, and happiness. We were able to get and have custom tailoring for our outfits and for our family with ease. We've been telling everyone all about our experience and wonderful selection of dresses and suits. We would only recommend Hem&Her for all wedding needs.

Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! The process was so fast, I was in and out faster than the line at in n out! The owners were patient, caring, and exceptional in their craft. Will definitely be returning!

Since 2022 through 2023 my three kids have come to this place for prom and homecoming. We all have had a wonderful experience with the staff and their beautiful array of dresses and suits. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, quick to adjust to every need. We found this treasure of a place. My kids vow to keep coming here in the future. I can’t thank you all for the peace of mind you have given to us.

While enjoying the delicious coffee from the Red Captain, my two little girls were drawn to all the beautiful dresses inside the Hem and Her store. We went in to take a peak and the owners could not have been more wonderful. They were so kind to my girls, let them try on dresses and Joyce even fixed a whole in the dress my five year old was wearing. They felt like princesses for the day! We will definitely be back when we need a special dress:)

I can't speak more highly of Joyce and Marv! Took my son to get his suit fitted as he had lost a bit of weight since last year. They were so busy what with proms all over town this week. But they both made my son Feel special and gave us a great deal on a suit that fit my son way better then they could have fitted him into his old one. This is definitely a family owned and run. They thanked each customer that came in for supporting them and shopping local. I told Joyce I would love to have an ounce of her energy as she bopped from one fitting to doing alterations on existing orders to making my son feel special. Marv cracked jokes and educated my son on tying a tie, on history of pocket squares, to personally removing the tacks on the suit. Even though I know how busy they were, they accommodated us walking in to their shop without an appointment and made my son feel special and made him look so handsome! We walked in at 2: 30 and came out an hour later with a new suit that Joyce personally hemmed in minutes. I saw reviews about their prices. I don't know what they are taking about! We had a new suit, fitted, a new shirt, tie and pocket square for $275! Amazing! Thank you Joyce and Marv! Ps.they also have a garden that they grow in the back of their property that supports the hungry 100%! Got to love a local company that gives back!

This place is amazing. Such a great ma and pa shop. They are very nice and take good care of you. My son got an amazing tuxedo at a fabulous price. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Hem and Her for great customer service.

Went to look for prom dresses and I had an absolutely amazing experience, they made you feel so loved and made sure you were comfortable. They had amazing dresses and overall the workers were so amazing and supportive. I would definitely go next time I need a dress.

I had a great experience at hem and her. The owners are amazing and very knowledgeable. My experience was painless and easy as soon as we walked in. The shop is absolutely beautiful and the heart inside of it, is even better! <3
