Henley's Floor & Home Pros, Surprise AZ

Henley's did a wonderful job with our tile installation. Our sales rep Chris was great to work with, and Edgar and Chewy did a flawless job installing the tile. There were a few areas of damage from the tile removal process and Henley's promptly made the repairs. Everything looks brand new! The entire job was completed according to schedule and at a very fair price. Henley's is an outstanding company to work with and we are so pleased with the work they did for us. Highly recommend!

Thank you henley's floors and home pros. You guys did amazing on my floor. Will definitely be referring you guys to other people looking for tile. Customer service was awesome. Tim was great at helping me pick tile that matched the tile around the house.
And the contractors that did the tile were awesome too! Have 4 dogs in the house and the were patient with me locking them up and letting them out while they were working!

A little gobsmacked by the resolution on an issue owner was beyond gracious about. I don't really do stuff half way, and I really love organizations/companies/products that provide high value based on strong ethics and positive intention. Feel like this is one of those, which I have been in particularly dire need of in the area of home repair. Truth be told I estimate that I had to research approximately 320 companies in a 60 minute driving radius over approximately 2 years before I finally had this company recommended to me. They are the first ones I felt safe hiring. That is how perilous trades are in the phoenix metroplex. I'm pretty sure home repairs and working/managing that industry is a pretty gargantuan affair. I can honestly say from top down at this company they strive to do right by people. The word family is not just a marketing ploy. I strongly encourage you to speak with Kyle if you need home repair or renovation. He is an upstanding individual that takes great pride in maintaining a strong team tasked with doing right by people, and he "gets it" in terms of having a VERY extensive and experienced personal base of knowledge on the mechanics of things. Prices are on par with quality work. And what it takes to maintain loyal and fast acting competent staff. They moved forward on my dry wall repair per my request even though technically could've tried to put it off until my cabinets were ready. There was an issue with a brittle pipe. They were very quick to inform me and had a team that addressed issues until and past 8pm on a Friday night. This is a company based on years of experience and it shows. If you want a company that will see stuff through, in my experience, this is the only one in town that fits that bill.

Have had a heck of a time finding competent and fairly priced options as I've pursued fixing my house after water damage. Today Emser tile gave a short list of recommendations. I drove a ways to Henley's because they have a physical store front and it was one of the few semi local options I had not explored. Emser has done very right by me, so I figured worth another shot.

When I pulled in an employee outside the store greeted me, then held the door for me, then asked me what I needed, then made sure I was aligned with someone who could help me pursue it. I had a positive impression of everyone at the store, even super young guy who just walked through was cordial. This is the type of service I was raised with and gave at companies I worked for. And had yet to find in the two years I've been seeking completion of my project.

Guy who discussed cabinets with me at length was thorough, patient, and honest if he didn't have an immediate answer.

Still early days but I would love nothing more than to give a solid 5 star review and find this company is the one to fix my house.

The absolutely positive experience that we had in working with Henley's from Kyle the owner, Greg for our cabinets, Priscilla our project coordinator to all the trades that came throughout our remodel project was above and beyond. All was done ahead of schedule and if we had any questions, Priscilla was on top of it. The trades showed up when they said they would and were extremely respectful. The communication was stellar. Pics to follow once it's all painted next week. Angela, the owner's wife was so helpful at inception to bring our dream together. In today's world of construction mishaps, no shows and unprofessional behavior, we experienced the exact opposite from start to finish. In the beginning we were told that Henley's is a family business and we ended up feeling like we were part of the family. We cannot thank you enough for helping to turn our house into a home. Henley install LPV in our home and I am so very pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Kyle and his team. Priscilla communicated with me at every step of the process. Daniel’s installation was professional and the result was awesome. There were other individuals providing painting and carpet finishing that I would like to commend but don’t know their names. All and all I would definitely recommend Henley’s Flooring for home improvement projects. I absolutely plan to use them again.

Henleys, as a company is a gem in the construction business. From the owner down to each and every person who came to our house, everyone was professional, did beautiful, work, and made our home an amazing place. I have never worked with such trustworthy, wonderful people, I would recommend Henleys to anyone and I have offered many times to the owner directly that I would speak to any potential customer and tell them about my experience. The pictures attached do not do justice to the craftsmanship and workmanship they completed. The people who work at this company care so much about you as a customer. I would like to give a huge shout out to Tina and Greg Harms and Chris Manar. Not only do they know their business so well, they helped me come in at the budget I had to spend by helping me make changes that still achieved the goal I wanted at the price I wanted. I love this company and I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

From the moment we walked in the door of Henley's we were treated like VIPs. We had 3 bedrooms we wanted to carpet and selected from a large variety of colors and textures. Installation went so smoothly as Leroy and his associates made short work of it. From order to installation took about 2 weeks. We cannot say enough positive things about the entire process. We also discovered that Henley's is a full-service contractor and they worked patiently with us to select bathroom remodel choices for when we're ready to move forward on that. I would highly recommend their expertise for any remodel projects.

For the renovations we were undertaking, Henley's Floor & Home Pros was the only choice to perform the work. Other contractors did not measure up.

Henley had three separate crews to do the granite counter tops, flooring and glass backsplash. All three executed the work flawlessly. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you to all for a perfect job.

They were on time. The work was 1st class. We used Henley on our flooring about 3 years. They did 1st class work then. Highly recommend Henley's.

I see many positive reviews for Henley's and I really wonder how that can be possible. Perhaps for small jobs. My wife and I have completed 7 remodel projects (2 done remotely) on 4 homes, in 3 states, with 5 different contractors. While most of them had there challenges, this one by far and away was the worst experience.

We recently completed a large project and hired Henley's for many aspects of the project. 1) communication was horrible. We were managing this project remotely and this project lasted for nearly 9 months. During that whole time, I was maybe contacted a few times, otherwise the remainder of the communication was if I initiated it. Very few pictures were sent and only when I asked for pictures to show progress. I would send emails, and was lucky to get a response, and when I did it usually only addressed a small portion of my questions. We felt as though we were blind. 2) Planning was horrible. I had to beg for a schedule, we finally received a schedule that was simply a hand typed list, as if it was done on the fly. Not the ghant chart that we were promised. We received one update after asking multiple times. The few schedules we did receive were always so terribly wrong and so hard to get I finally gave up. 3) we took a flight from the midwest and picked all the materials to only find out later that they did not write anything down on carpeting, tile, shower tile etc.we had to fly back out again and pick out materials. 4) When the project finally was nearly complete, I told the owner I would fly out for a walk through, with a 4 weeks notice and he agreed that they would be ready. I flew out as agreed only to discover garbage everywhere, and MANY items not complete. He did not call me to tell me they weren't ready. (again, no communication) 5) Workmanship and follow up was iffy at best. They installed our closet organizer, but didn't fix the dry wall or put carpet down first. The tile floors were so filthy I couldn't tell if the grout was ok or not until I begged to have them come and clean it. The baseboards were poorly done, the kitchen cabinet install was poorly done. While Henley's did fix most of the stuff, but it was painful. They blamed the electrician the painter etc, they even picked the electrician. The owner always claimed he was not charging me more money for this or that, which may be true, but I didn't really care about that. I wanted a good quality job, with planning and coordination and communication. I really could go on and on but I think you will get the point.

Maybe for smaller jobs they are OK, but I would never use them for a large job. They are all definitely nice people, but no communication, planning, and quality was iffy.

Outstanding all around. Every person we dealt with went over above our expectations. Excellent customer service. Very professional. Cleaned up every afternoon. Will use them for future projects.

Kyle and his staff are fantastic! In our last house they replaced all the carpet with wood look tile. The project was cost effective and done within the specified timeline. The tile looked fantastic and we love it. In our new house they didn't hesitate in helping us out with a very small project, and we can't wait to use them again for any remodeling projects! The store staff and installers are top notch, highly recommend.

Henley's was exceptional, helped me design my backsplash. Their installer Rickie was professional, asked me questions at every step and did a beautiful job on my installation.
