The owners carry a family mentality towards their staff and it shows in the overall culture. The residents are always prioritized and staff shown love and support to be the most successful staff for their residents. Even though the mental load can be overwhelming at times, the support received to promote success makes me want to contain perfect attendance and more.
The positivity that the staff at Heritage Lane produces is amazing. So friendly and welcome. Their main priority are their residents. They are truly the voice of this residency. Staff makes sure you understand all ins and outs.

As a new staff member to Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living, I am so very grateful for the program they offer the residents who suffer with Serious Mental Health. The leadership team truly care about the residents and strive daily to meet the highest behavior goals. Every aspect of daily living is considered. Their quality of life is of highest priority. Very happy to have the chance to call Heritage Lane home!
