I really would give zero stars; I had a reservation and when I got to this location, they said they can’t guarantee the reservation! They obviously overbooked and it left me without a car for my vacation. I had to go back to the airport and get a car from Budget for twice the cost. I will never use Hertz again, they know how to ruin a person’s trip! I can’t believe AAA has a partnership with Hertz. Doesn’t a reservation mean you will get a car? !
This location is closed on Saturdays but they let your book. Customer service is rubbish, they don't care at all!
I made a reservation prior to my trip. We took a taxi to the location to pick up a car. AFTER taking out all of our luggage, a man runs out and says if you are here to pick up a car, I don’t have any available. I explained I had a reservation. He said, “It doesn’t matter, I don’t have any cars to give. ” I received no phone call or email stating they would not have a car available. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be using Hertz again.

We had a reservation paid for and confirmed for Friday morning. Our flight came in as scheduled, we took an Uber to this location, and found dozens of people waiting for vehicles- they'd all been waiting for hours. The system overbooked the reservations, apparently, and there were no cars. Our reservation wouldn't be ready for 3-4 hours *maybe*. We had no choice but to cancel the reservation and I spent over an hour between three phone calls- on our vacation- just trying to get our refund processed. Save yourself a lot of hassle and never book with Hertz.
Beware! The most inconsiderate group of representatives I’ve ever crossed paths with. Book elsewhere! System glitch caused an overbooking and they cancelled my booking 5 minutes prior to my reservation? Leaving me stranded without a vehicle. Willis was unapologetic and absolutely unwilling to find a solution.
Will instruct my company to not use hertz for future business
Location was closed on a Saturday although the Hertz website allowed us to make a reservation! Customer service had no clue that the location was closed.
Worst customer service, hours say 6pm but when I spoke to the man on the phone he said they close at 5: 30, guessing he wanted to give off early. 0/10 would not recommend
They lie and steal at this place. They take a prepaid rental, refuse to provide the vehicle, and then try to not give you a refund. The manager/head liar Colin should be put in chains and flogged for the idiot routine that he constantly puts on. STAY AWAY from this place and company altogether. The Enterprise right down the street is the way to go.
Picking up the car was completely fine. However, dropping it off the rep was extremely rude. I walked in and he asked “do you need something? ” Not even a hello. Then he stated “I bet you didn’t even fill it up. ” Without even checking. Not sure what this guys deal was, but I’m definitely not going back.
They lie about the prices and the gas mileage that a car gets. This place a is complete rip off. Go somewhere else. Can’t even call corporate because their phone system is down.
I love this location Hertz all employees are very nice and helpful. I live east Mesa only come to this location and 30mins drive from my house.thanks
They gave me a worse car than I paid for, but I needed to leave, so I took it. The car was by far the worst car I have ever gotten from Hertz. I may have to look at other companies or different Hertz locations if this is how it will be.
The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible they wont help you. Mike says you cant exchange a car there and send you back to the place but makes excuses why. Colin as well just send you back to the same place and his excuse is oh mike is new. Hertz is trash compared to Enterprise. We will make sure to do our business with a better customer friendly car rental company next time.
I’ve never done business with any rental place where 5-6 weeks AFTER my rental return I was charged for my rental on my debit card without any heads up, any prior notification as to when I would be billed or that they were about to take money of my debit card. It’s safe to say a week before Christmas, people may not be prepared for a 350.00 charge which put me in the negative. I also filled up the tank with 52.00 worth of gas to top it off, with a receipt, staff physically checked the car for gas but they said the computer shows I had a charge for an infilled tank. Very poor way of thanking business. I will not rent from Hertz again

Hertz was supposed provide me a rental car to get my car fixed after an accident, I had to reschedule for a day they told me would be perfect to have a car and a week later, they still dont have a car. The man who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. Never will I use Hertz, ever as Enterprise has never let me down!
