Tried dropping off a day early, but they were closed. Put the key in the drop box and they didn't even touch the key. I had to drive back and find the key. They ended up charging me a late fee for being one hour late when I found and turned in the key. Customer service was not great! Will not answer phone calls

Horrid. The way they speak to you will make you feel like they are trying to make you leave. Every answer they give comes with an "I think" or "it might". Everyone there looks like they just rolled out of bed. And the closer to 4pm you get there, the worst they'll treat you. Nobody ever answers the phone. Too much of a risk for me.

Don't have the vehicles listed on Uber app, charged me the same or more for a tiny hatchback that I could barely fit 2 riders in the back seat and no luggage and then told me I'm stuck with it for a week but contract does not say that. We'll see if manager is any help

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, Hertz advertised $299/week tesla rentals for Uber drivers. That was not the overall cost. The overall cost after taxes and insurance is actually $414/week. This is extremely misleading advertising and not good business. Nolan did a great job of explaining the additional costs, but it does not make it okay. Not to mention my rental was filthy. The driver's backrest control and headlight was also broken. The least they could have done was give me a free car wash voucher.

Lease reads drop it off by 4: 00 p.m. Today, walked into Pep Boys and nobody the people at Pep Boys told me they close at 4: 00 p.m. Now daily charge I'm looking at, and I got out of work early to turn in the car!

Well, cars are dirty, maintenance only happens when it breaks and you get it done on your time. Plan on waiting couple hours. Rented a Model 3.dirty had only 3% charge.dumb. $83 per day to charge.rented another car. Past due for maintenance when I got it. Car is 4 years old 33 mpg.what a deal for $1200 a month. NOT! Rental Agent is very nice.but there cars not so much. Good luck Uber Drivers. Fyi if you don't rent or get a car that gets 50mpg or and EV that gets a solid 400 miles.you will make a lot less than is comfortable. Rent or buy 2016 or newer Prius. Good luck

Good luck trying to reach this location. Been calling them for hours still no answer. Quality customer service is not in their job description apparently. It would be faster buying a car lol. If they don’t want to do their job why even state the business is open. Called pep boys to check to see if there was anyone even at the location and they said yes. Take your money elsewhere.

Was told twice that car was going to be activated in 20: 30 minutes and after 4 hours it is still not resolved

Basically they have more people wanting a Tesla than cars. So they don't feel the need to have good customer service. Most people will come back until they are lucky enough to get a Tesla.

Just be patient. Usually a lot of customers there, phone constantly ringing. They're working as fast as they can. They've always helped me when I had issues with the car.

Don’t count on Hertz having the car you reserved. I reserved a Tesla. When I got there they didn’t have it. They just tried to sale me a different car which wouldn’t work for me. They said there was no way to reserve it next time to guarantee they wouldn’t rent it out from me next time either. Horrible customer experience. Waist of my time.

The in person service was great. Currently on hold for roadside assistance for 27+ minutes. The guys at the location are fast and efficient.

On July 4th i was rearended. Immediately reported the accident to Hertz. Their decision not to have the car looked at. The didn't even look underneath the bumper. The rear suspension was knocked loose. The alignment was off and who knows what else. On August 20th I was in a car accident. My car hydroplaned over the median spun around. My glasses flew off my head and my head just spun out of control. My nose hit the steering column and my head hit the side window. I have a concussion and it caused a brain bleed. I did agree to terms that I take the car in for repair. However Hertz decides what gets repaired not a mechanic. I am not allowed to go to the tow yard to change the flat that would probaly make it driveable. I was allowed to retrieve my medicine only because they had my name on them. My mask made buy someone dear to me can't have them back. Big screen T. V.in the trunk.im suppose to pay daily fees but can't get my stuff. The day before the accident the car smelled of gasoline. Hot and in Arizona thats dangerous. Firestone couldn't get it in until the next day. I tightened the gas cap and the smell was not as strong. I used this rental to drive for Uber. I never agreed to lose income for days because Firestone couldn't see me. Noone should have to drive in a vehicle that's unsafe that they are paying for. They say treat it as if it were my own car. Well my decision would be not to use a place that can"t take 5 minutes to see if there's an obvious leak. If it were my car I know how to change a flat tire. Would have been in a repair shop a week ago. What is worse is that noone should have a brain bleed and be trying to get out of bed for a better signal to call Uber and Hertz. Giving recorded statements. Shame on Hertz!
