6 I made online order from store. At 2 different times my order disappeared. The Ladies that were working there blame the Fed ex drivers.
No Customer service n they judge customers.
The store had only one option in a certain sport shoes. The store employees were rude and had attitudes! They need customer service training!
Shoe prices where good had a very nice selection to pick from definitely going back
One of the employee was not very helpful. We asked why a particular mans shoe was only on sale and not the woman's shoe that is the same everything - he just replied saying it is a woman's shoe and that is the way it is!
It is always great they have good selections and prices pretty reasonable. Helps when you get help from associates.
The sales associate that helped us name Rochelle she was very helpful and considerate.
