I’m at apt 251. And omg 250 yes, noisy and disrespectful. Can someone help? I advise the staffing agency I have I ever have not getting no income.

It's honestly a nice place. The only issue is that you can't be on the patio when it rains due to the roofs shape. It's fairly quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. I have not seen one pest in my 5 months. I only wish the small pedestrian gate Door was kept locked.

I lived there from December 2020 to March 2023.
It’s an old building and the rent is not extremely expensive so don’t expect things to be like you’re paying 1600-1700 a month in rent. For the price I paid it was a comfortable place to live. Covered parking was nice. Don’t have to hunt for parking. Also, when new management took over the place definitely improved with text messages, and more maintenance staff. The only reason I moved is because I could afford a bit higher rent. I received my deposit back also when I moved. If you treat them with respect they will reciprocate.

I’m living here for 4 months and this place have a lot of issues. Hot water isn’t work constantly, if rains the hot water just stop, cold days the hot water just stop too. Last rain day my patio ceiling falls down and now I have a huge and really dangerous hole in my patio. And I Did a lot of complains about and they just don’t care. Everything still breaking all the time, things here in this complex seems disposable. That’s not a cheap rent, but it’s a cheap place. I’m looking for a new place already, because this complex it’s no good for sure.

Been trying to see these apartments no one ever answers the phone then when someone does they tell me to pull up and I do and they are on lunch, ok I come back now they are on a break. It has been a span of an hour so doesn't really seem like she wants to work. Totally unprofessional!
