HIGH Maintenance Smoke Shop, Mesa AZ

After many years of shopping at this shop for all my high maintenance needs. I will never shop here again! Apparently, it just went under a new ownership. New owner and managers, seemed unconcerned about customers' needs. I left the shop crying, without any product and searching for new shop. Worst experience ever.

I will add this, I did inform them of my PRIVATE medical condition right away. I even told them I would disclosure to them what my condition is, even though I don't have to. I also inform them I had been in the shop less than a month ago without a problem. I was calm and polite. I assured them I would not come within 6 feet of any other costumer or employee. I also told them I didn't feel comfortable giving them my credit card information while waiting outside, in over 110° heat. Again, I have a medical condition which can be easily trigger by heat. We were not able to come resolution and I left. I did not threaten to inform authorities, however I did informed him I would be telling my friends, community and public about their choice to discriminate against people with medical conditions. Which I have and will continue to do.

This place is awesome! I smoke hookah often and this is the only shop around that had any variety for sheesha.and they have the best staff! They were super helpful and friendly over the phone as well as in person. When you work in customer service you really appreciate good service and these people are great! Hiiiiiiiighly recommend for any smoking needs, I can say I finally found my go to smoke shop ️

The staff are very friendly and they have a good selection. But being very honest their prices are ridiculous.

Always got some good music playing friendly staff. And an amazing collection eveything you may need. Best in the area by far.

Our favorite local shop (we drive from STV). The staff is always really helpful and I always find something when we come in because the selection is always changing. Will definitely be back.

I went this morning and talked to a guy (forgot to ask his name) and purchased Kratom capsules for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and very nice! I will definitely be going back there and likely get a bigger bottle. I’m going through opioid withdrawals. I took 2 and it took the edge off but not enough. I took 2 more and my withdrawals are completely gone!

Great place to shop. Nice people good products. Also medical marijuana patients get a discount. Happy customer for years!

Great Customer Service very friendly and very helpful. There is no BS here. The employee's are there and ready for you. Not having to ring a bell. Then the employees know what they are talking about. Helping you decide on your new friend/Happiness. Knowing that you didn't get pushed away. Got everything done and with great help especially with questions regarding the new toy.

Nice place, name brand items, but not as personal as I'm used to. With the higher prices of name brand products I expect a more detailed customer experience.

Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable.open spaced store, there's plenty of room to walk around.relaxed feel, I've never felt rushed to make a purchase & leave.

This is a great shop with a great selection of rigs, pipes, bongs, etc. The customer service is excellent, even late in the evening.
