High Quality Water reviews
4Keenan Herring went out of his way to help to help our family get the best soft water and reverse osmosis system money can buy. Installment was done professionally and efficiently. Looking forward to our water quality follow-up.
I have always loved soft water so naturally as soon as I got my own home I had to make having a soft water system be my first major home improvement project lol. I even got purified/alkalized drinking water (under the kitchen sink). Keenan was incredible through this whole process and it was so fast that I only had to suffer through using hard water for a few days after moving in. Shout out to Rolando for the amazing job he did with the installation! I will recommend this company and especially Keenan for anyone wanting to have soft water, just tell him I sent you *wink*
Awesome! Rain soft distributor, full line of water treatment for home or commercial purposes.
You try calling during the "business hours" online only to be told it's after hours and they're only open 9-4.
As for Rainsoft specifically, we weren't told during the presentation what the cost or frequency of filter changes would be, and it's fairly significant ($150 annually plus another $550 every 4-5 years.) And you can't do it yourself nor can you hire anyone else.
Editing to add that I had a service appointment scheduled for today 9am-11am and no one was here as of 11am. Called and was told the tech was stuck in traffic and was on his way. Things happen and I totally get it, but a call or text if you're going to be late is always helpful.
