Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge reviews
16Nice place with great location. Alyce was an asset to great advice on 5hings to do and places to visit
Great room! All the staff, especially at front desk very friendly and helpful. Not in town but not far. Views from patio were great.
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were laid out nicely. The couch bed could use an updated mattress though. The amenities were nice. The pool felt nice, lots of seating around the pool as well.
Nicely maintained. Beautiful trees. Friendly employees. One umbrella at pool. Thin walls and ceilings. Close to Old Town Cottonwood
This place is located in a perfect location to visit some of Arizona's beautiful sights. The unit is spacious and clean but the furniture is terrible. No one will be comfortable sleeping in the beds, sitting on the couch or chairs here. It is important to be able to relax when you are on vacation and the furniture in these rooms will not allow that. The pool could have been cleaner.and guests watch out for Rebecca! They say she is a concierge but she just is a manipulate sales woman. She is too thirsty for a sale and probably was the worst part of our stay. Safe place overall and super close to great eats, shops and trails.
Nice timeshare condo meaning a kitchen cooking area. No daily room service which is typical for a time share. Good pricing for a week. Nice poo w large hottub. While we did not go in eitheg we felt you should ask about the hottub temp before finding walking in as it did not seem hot. Very nice staff. Asked for a clean blanket and they brought one right away.
Needs a new couch and chair in the main room. Great staff and great place to stay. Love it. Centrally located to great places to visit.
My wife and I are owners at this resort. We have been waiting on a response for almost 8 months as to why a duplicate account was created. They are insisting we pay the second maintenance fee but will not tell us why it was created in the first place.
The hotel website says upscale resort but this by no means was upscale.units have shared water heaters between the 4 of them ran out of hot water @ 730 in the morning.was told by maintenance if one person in the unit fills the jacuzzi bathtub the hot water runs out and it takes an hour for the water heater to warm up that we could go to the pool house to shower. That is what we did. Lugged our toiletries and clothes in the cold (32 degrees out) to shower at the pool house. Staff did not see this as much of an inconvenience. Also you can smell and hear everything that people are cooking and saying.it may be affordable but inconvenient as well.
Very Nice but off the beaten path. It is a ways from Sedona closer to Cottowood AZ. Rooms were very spacious but pool was located far from our unit & pathway could use better lighting! No restaurant on sight & must drive to the nearest ones!
We are in a studio. It is nice. Only complaints would be that there is no bedroom door, no oven, very small sink, and we can hear the people talking in the next room through the wall. Facilities are nice, staff is friendly and helpful. We would try another room if we stay here again.
Safe, secluded and in the middle of paradise. It has all the amineties and gorgeous views. Perfect place to get lost off the grid and rekindle with your loved one.
What an excellent facility. Great accommodations in an excellent setting. Not too far from several fine eating places. Not far from the highway. We stayed there after traveling on the Canyon Verde train which was an excellent trip.
What a gorgeous place. We occupied a one bedroom unit next to the pool. Sometimes it was a little noisy, but that's what vacation time is all about. Everyone of the personnel were personable and very helpful in giving suggestions regarding the area. Our only problem was the shower head in our shower. Just a preference on our end. We like a lot of water pressure and the feel of a good spray when we shower. Just a little weak in that area. Everything else was wonderful and we plan to return.
What a gem! Close to Sedona and Cottonwood this resort with a golf course literally 40 feet away makes this location primo. Ultra clean, pristine landscaping, and a friendly staff equaled a fabulous respite from my East Valley home.
