Buying a home or selling a home can really be stressful. Hilary and Jay actually made our experience fun! They know the market so well, and after meeting with them, they knew exactly what we were looking for and where. We love our home. Hilary and Jay are the BEST.

Hilary and Jay were amazing in helping us to clean, stage, list and sell our home. They made wonderful suggestions on how to help us maximize our home for the market. They checked in with us throughout the entire process and helped us think through every possible scenario. They made both buying (6 years ago) and selling our home a great experience from start to finish.

On a scale from 1-10, Jay and Hillary are an 11. I have used them for 2 sales and 1 purchase in Oro Valley. They KNOW the market and price home correctly the first time. They are professional, responsive, super friendly and they GET IT DONE! Hillarys' staging is phenomenal! She totally transforms the space with just a few simple touches. The pictures made it look better than in person. I was in real estate for 10 years and I have never seen better! Jay and Hillary go above and beyond expectations and they do it with a smile:) Can't say enough! Once you use them, you will never consider going with anyone else.

Jay was an outstanding agent-quickly and thoroughly responsive, not only during our search but also after the closing when we couldn't get to the house ourselves due to the pandemic. His overall market knowledge and analysis were superb and he worked hard to understand us and our needs and wishes as buyers. His advice on bidding was invaluable and I'm sure we wouldn't have been as successful in this crazy market without his guidance. Jay also has a deep roster of excellent tradesmen of all sorts, many of which we've used and all of which were top notch. Jay is the best of the best and we're grateful to have found him!
