Sit at the bar, talk to the girl, meet the bartenders, order the sushi and a burger, drink the old fashion. This is the way.

We decided to sit at the patio but we're not told about limited menu then had to wait again inside to. Be able to have a meal

While there are so many great options in the area, Hillstone is one of my favorites. Terrific spot to enjoy great food and exceptional cocktails with family and friends.

I was in from out of town and decided to have dinner at Hillstone in Phoenix, AZ. Overall, my dining experience was horrible. First of all, the server brought me a small straw without plastic or a napkin with her bare hands which is absolutely disgusting. So from that point on my experience was going to be horrible. 2nd she brings me a lettuce wedge salad that was so small and withered that I was in total shock. They only serve two types of salad dressings which annoyed me as well. I go to Houston’s all the time in my city which is a Hillstone property. I have never had any issues. The atmosphere was nice but that’s it. My friends rotisserie chicken was under cooked. I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food selection and atmosphere! Our server was wonderful. The tomatoes in the house salad were fantastic! Loved it all!

I only gave the food a one star because it came out cold. It was also cold in the restaurant or at least where we had been seated. Not in bar area but close to it and it was during evening so it was cold! Never received towels after I ate the ribs but maybe server didn’t bring them because she noticed me and my date didn’t eat most of our food. I’ve been here many times before and it’s normally much better. I also do wish they would bring back the baked potatoe because that was by far the best side tech have.

They really need to update their website. I was a little put off my their "restrictions"

New favorite place, lots of good options. Other than the fries being average at best everything else was real good. Highly recommend the BBQ Pork Ribs, which are apparently from Denmark, and the sushi. All my friends said they liked their food.

The atmosphere and service was amazing and the best service I have ever received! New favorite resturant and can't wait to try more of the dishes that they offer. I was excited to try the grilled artichoke appetizer but it was out of stock on this visit. We got the brussles instead and they were delicious. Different from other resturants as they boiled the sprouts but they were seasoned well. The cocktails were very good, the margarita was a little bitter but good overall. The dirty Martini was one of the better ones I have had at a resturant/bar. The server noticed my glass got warm before I finished my drink and she brought me a cold glass to freshen my drink, it was fantastic service! The salmon was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The side of broccoli wasn't great, very over cooked. My husband really enjoyed the French dip it was seasoned well, very tender meat and yummy fries. The sushi was good, very fresh.

We're native Americans Navajo, saw our rugs, but we were ignored being native American, and waited over an hour.why put our rugs and your business doesn't even recognize us.

We really enjoyed Hillstone, we dined with @dukegolfrealty. Thank you so much Duke for having dinner with us. The ambiance was very chill/relaxing. The food was good, E had a taste for seafood so she got the Salmon Salad and really enjoyed the salmon which was really delicious. J ordered the Southern Style Brussel Sprouts and loved the lemon aioli. She also had the Cucumber and Avocado Roll which was a different type of sushi and very good. The service was good as well. The smell, OMG! The smell of the baby back ribs is what we a looking forward to going back to Hillstone. We really hope that they are as good as they smell.

Everything was very good. Need a brick for bourbon not ice chips. Other than that all good.

Realky 4.25 stars. Deductted points because their only sauvignon blanc- from Naps Valley - was far from my favorites. "Skinny Rita" was ok. Three of us were quite pleased: 1 cheeseburger cool center, one noodle salad with peanut sauce and added chicken, and one sushi plate. Fries great when crispy. Atmosphere lets your guest know that you know what's happening in town
