Hilton Garden Inn Yuma Pivot Point

Everyone was kind and welcoming during my stay. They made me feel welcome not just to the hotel but to Yuma. Shout out to the lady that brought us extra towels and the lady that sold me a soda at the front desk. I appreciate you!

Stayed at this location alot over the years, but since Hilton changed breakfast policy for diamond members will probably stay with a competitor from now on. They messed up my bill, still waiting for resolution. What they told we doesn't match up with the lodging policy, or any of the many other Hiltons properties I've stayed at.

Relaxing location close to walking path, river and train depo. Has very good food in the restaurant and good selection of alcoholic beverages. Breakfast was better than I expected and lots of parking.

One of the nicer places in Yuma to stay. A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for - basic breakfast, pool, a wonderful lobby, neat/clean room and workout facilities. We really enjoyed our stay!

My boyfriend and I initially booked a room online (a week in advance) for my birthday and to hang out in the historic Yuma downtown area. When we arrived (1700 hrs) to check in to the location, we were told there was no reservation. We provided the name and confirmation number (twice) to the front desk. It seems the reservation has not been found. We left the building and woke up to a charge in our bank account and a receipt we had “checked in” at 0200 am. We called the hotel this morning, and miraculously they found the reservation, which made no sense. I’m baffled by this outcome, and I hope we get a call back from them to resolve this matter.

I stay at Hilton's when I travel and Pivot Point ranks as one of the nicest. The food menu has Salmon, Chicken, steak, tacos, avocado bites and for breakfast have the protein bowl. It's enough for 2 days and the price is right- much cheaper than any other Hilton Garden I've stayed. Happy hour is of course awesome because you are 30 steps from the river so a party on the beach is necessary.

I wish that I could give this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately I cannot! Samantha Gedeon (director or sales) was extremely nasty. Everyone else is really nice but her attitude and temperament was enough to turn me off from this hotel. When staying there just be careful when it comes to her.other than that the hotel wasn’t bad at all!

Hotel is ok. Felt like there was no A/C in the lobby, hallways, nor elevators. Elevators are very old and lack maintenance. Again, with no A/C. Bathroom only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, looks like they missed it during clean-up. Will not stay in this hotel in the future.

It was AVERAGE if that, very small hotel with a VERY small pool and the "bar and restaurant" were a joke. Comfy bed, Camille was outstanding at the desk. VERY VERY overpriced for what you get, but then again we were in Yuma.:)

I stay in this hotel fairly frequently and it is my favorite hotel overall in Yuma. The gym is decent. The restaurant on the premise isn't great, but it's convenient. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a little outdated but the overall competency is great. I will note the mattress comfort between the queen and king rooms are significantly different. I'd recommend the king suites if any are available.

Service was excellent. Room was clean. Would definitely return. Beware of the homeless folks roaming around the river and park areas. A couple of them got a little aggressive with myself and others out for an early run on the levy…

We didn't stay here this time cause we live here in the area now, but this place has always been the end point for us to floatdown the Colorado River with family and friends. The staff here is wonderful. We had breakfast there and sat by the pool for a bit with our friends that came here to visit after the float.

Thus hotel is the only place we stay in Yuma! The location is great, the staff absolutely wonderful and every time we leave we can't wait to come back! Floating down the Colorado amazing and fishing and staying on the river the best! Thank you again for a GREAT STAY!

If you have a big group I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was in a group of 25 coworkers (who all had their own room’s). Two coworkers brought us food since we did not have our charter bus to drive us around. Half of our group was left without eating because the manager and the front desk kicked us out of the lobby and were extremely rude! Saying we are not allowed to eat in the lobby because the restaurant will open in 3 hours and they could not have a mess nor can we bring food from outside! I’m glad to report we are at another hotel with MUCH better customer service

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food is good. Have stayed there twice recently. Both rooms had loud ac units. One room was below a creeky floor above. Would have liked more peace and quiet.

Great hotel What you’d expect of the a Hilton brand hotel. The room and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food service was good to go as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms. Great hospitality. Restaurant and happy hour in the hotel. Outdoor pool. Coolest area in Yuma. Historic downtown 3 block walk. Only place you should stay when in Yuma

Great location: trails and beach area on the river, and walking distance to downtown. Gym was better than I expected for a hotel. Friendly staff and clean facility, will definitely return!

The food at the restaurant was average. The rooms were clean, great location within the city and right next to a park with some neat walks.
