They're just a paid bully they must feel so special that they grew up to be a big bully and collect money. They are the worst about weeds I spray my yard once a week they find a couple of dead ones that aren't pulled out of the ground so they are happy to complain about. You're not up to code fine you. But they don't care about the the homeowner that has trash all in the front yard with stolen products from from other houses because she likes to steal from.

HOAMS single handedly delayed the sale of my home by not complying with an actual Arizona Revised Statute. They not only failed to turn over the requested documents to the buyers title company but straight out ignored the requests for weeks and were incredibly rude and unprofessional when confronted about the delay. The front office gal raised her voice at me and my wife multiple times before hanging up on us and refused to transfer us to anyone higher up that could assist us. We were told that Suzi C, the Director of Operations, was the only person to contact and all she had was an email for her. We got zero response up until litigation was threatened. Suzi showed her true colors and unprofessionalism when emailing back and forth with the buyers title/escrow company, making snarky comments and using multiple exclamation points in what was supposed to be a business email. This company deserves to be dissolved and these people have no business dealing with anything related to peoples homes and neighborhoods.

I live in The Manors in Vail, Az. There is a mesquite tree right behind my house. The branches are hanging over my backyard. I called the office 4 times. 3 times I left a message and the fourth time I talked with the accountant. She hung up on me. Never got a response back from anyone. This has been going on for a year or two. The problem is the tree dumps all of its leaves and blossoms right in my yard and then I have to call and pay someone to come and clean it up.

Thanks to Ana Romero, the Office Manager at HOA Management Solutions for ALWAYS answering my concerns and questions very quickly and efficiently. Wish all the other HOA's I deal with would have her attitude and professionalism. Thanks ANA!

I live in Oasis Santa Rita Ranch and they have been amazing HOA for the last couple years since they took over, they have done a lot to take care of the community and i feel safe to have such professional and articulate company representing Oasis Santa Rita Ranch!

The Casa Club Condos themselves aren't terrible. The residents are generally pretty quiet and friendly but the HOA is truly a nightmare. The property is a mess with a disgusting pool thats never maintained, laundry rooms with broken machines that are never fixed, and structural damage all over the buildings. There is no security. The gate is always broken and/or open leading to several break ins and theft over the last several months. No one is in the offices so there is no one on-site actually managing any property maintenance. It took me several tries to get in touch with the HOA Management Solutions when I needed a laundry key and it took them 6 weeks for them to actually issue me one because they couldn't keep their paperwork organized and blamed it on the previous company despite the fact that they were sent multiple copies of a deed transfer? Very unhelpful staff who seemingly have no clue what's going on due to being extremely disorganized. The HOA is seriously shady and I have no idea what my HOA fees even go towards since nothing is ever fixed or maintained. The photos below are maintenance that has not been attended to since I moved in October 2021. Buyer beware.

Our HOA is new with HOAMS. We were not sure what to expect when transferring to them from another management company. We communicated our needs and expectations to them verbally and in writing.
I read that some rate them low because of lack of phone response. Most of my communication has been via email. I sent a very long list of issues to them and they have responded to all issues on the list already. Personnel have all been professional when I have had contact with them. Eric, our compliance manager is knowledgable, polite and punctual. The property manager, Roxanne works quickly when requests are made. Director Suzi knows her job very well.
Let’s face it, nobody enjoys getting notices from HOA property management about deficiencies on their property, but resident compliance with CCRs makes for a neighborhood which holds it’s value. These communities are not for everyone, but if you live in one, you want knowledgeable, responsive management. HOAMS is giving us just that.

Absolute worst customer service. I will ask our HOA Board to reconsider doing business with this awful organization. No return calls, poor communication, cowardice management, and useless at enforcing safety measures. Lazy cowards.

I am in the process of purchasing a home, was about to make an offer on a home managed by this HOA. After reading the responses to some of these negative reviews by the owner, I am deciding to walk away from the home. It is such a shame when a response from what is supposed to be a professional business to an unsatisfied client includes rude terms like "First of all" & "lets get our facts straight before spouting out nonsense". These poor reviews should be taken as a second opportunity to right a wrong or to learn from a weakness and grow as a team. Instead it seems as though responses from the owner are a chance to divulge sensitive or personal finance information of their clients and make rude statements to fuel arguments. Extremely unprofessional. I do not want any part of it.

This company recently took over our very large HOA. Their staff has been nothing but understanding with this difficult transition. Sad to see how the internet bullies hide behind names or write without understanding. Clear answers have been given to many with complaints, I read through all of them. Many years ago I worked in property management and the ones that always complained the loudest or hardest were owners with compliance fines/issues or late fees for not paying their accounts. I will guarantee that this is the case of most of these complainers. So easy to bash and bully on line now a days.

They refuse to take phone calls and insist that all communication is done via email then don't answer their emails. In fact, the Director, Suzi, admitted to listening in on a call I made to her office to ask questions regarding my HOA and yet would not answer my questions but insisted I email. The company then hung up on me. How is a company like this still in business? Seriously, how?

Just sold a condo in Tucson and it was the worst real estate transaction in my career. The closing date slipped twice, all because HOA Management Solutions couldn't get the doc's to the title company. With a $100 rush fee they committed to having the doc's available to title on Dec 16th. They missed this deadline, and task wasn't completed until late Dec 20th. During this time we were unable to speak to anyone at the management company except the receptionist at the front desk. They kept blaming the Title company for the delay and claimed their work was completed. It wasn't until the homeowner contacted HomeWiseDocs directly (the company that houses documents for the HOA management companies) we found out that HOA Management Solutions simply didn't release the doc's in the system. Throughout this entire transaction they showed no sympathy to the homeowners. The homeowner was also charged above the maximum amount allowed by the state for the disclosure fees. In the end, HOA Management Solutions kept the $100 rush fee despite not meeting their expedited commitment dates due to their own inaction and lack of communication. The homeowner received no apology from HOA Management Solutions for their lack of performance. It seems as though the "DIRECTOR" is the only person at the management company that can perform the tasks needed. Having a single point of failure such as this, is not acceptable for a professional management company. The sale of this condo was close to falling through due to the failed promises and lack of communication on the part of HOA Management Solutions. Beware when doing business with HOA Management Solutions.

I sold a condo and moved out at the beginning of October. Since this company took over managing the complex after I left, they have continued to send all HOA fee notices to my new address despite me not being connected to the condo they’re managing. I called to address this issue and spoke to a receptionist who seemed confused by any and all questions but refused to transfer me to someone who could actually speak on the matter. Instead I was given the “Director”s email, who’s responses have been patronizing and unhelpful— unsurprising based on their responses to all the negative reviews posted here. It is now January and I am still receiving another person’s bills, which now include late fees, with my name on top even though I have clearly communicated I do not live at or near the complex anymore. They are obviously attempting to earn extra money by charging some poor person who has no idea any fees are delinquent. They requested info on the title agency to request paperwork, which I provided to no response (and then another bill the next month). I’m sure they will respond to this with another belittling message, but I’ll be sure to report to the BBB as well (where, unsurprisingly, they’re not accredited).

Sent a letter to me stating my house was in 'disrepair ASSUMING I had not painted my house for 34 years. Painted twice in that time, last was 9 years ago with touchups two years ago. Patty tells me to email Architecture Committee. I do so. I follow up with the follow up, as heaven forbid anyone follow up with me. I want a letter back acknowledgement my request to show me where my house is in surviving 'disrepair with the added threat to take me to BOARD of Realtors if I don't comply.

I've called no less than eight times since the middle of May. No phone call follow up, no response, in right weeks. HOW'S this one in particular have too much power, nit enough prowess in the perusing realm, and I don't care studier.until you're dues are due.
We pay them to organize and follow rules they in my respect IF it's convenient for them. Patty, you need to be accountable for your inactivity to and firmembers.
