Hobby lobby is a sure bet for a lot of home decorations, crafts, and other unique home and hobby items. The staff is always very helpful and nice to speak with. This is a store that cares about it's customers and the store experience.

I love H. L.if you are going in for a special item. There are so many beautiful items to choose from. Sometimes when I'm in a bad mood I just go in and look at everything and it's a quick pick me up. But hey that's just me. ‍️

Can be good, but when they post sale things no one actually knows what is on sale or not. Relying on cashier's to just know prices and sales are really not helpful. Pretty sure manager lied about sale things and didn't want to look into it.

Hobby lobby is a great store and there a Christian store and that's big for me. One of the best hobby stores around.thanks for all the help

We are always here but recently has a large painting from my grandmother framed, great price took about 10 days and is absolutely beautiful.

Lots of people. There were ladders everywhere. But I went for a sale item and left with the last 2. Found what I needed

Hobby Lobby is the best craft store anywhere I worked for them at one time in New Mexico and I really miss it so I go there and I spend a good portion of my social security check because crafts is my thing

You know, I would love to hate Hobby Lobby, because of some of the former stands that they have taken on issues that matter. But, truth to be told, this location is very conveniently situated on Orange Grove and Oracle, is always well stocked, clean and carries a huge amount of variety. When other stores with art supplies fail to have what I need on stock, this is my to go to place.
What makes it even harder to dislike this location is the amazing staff they have. From paying attention to the smallest customers (example: they ask about the art project that they are purchasing products for), handling returns without as much as a hiccup (I have only observed it myself, but the process seems to be truly smooth), and just being all over amazing (a special shout out to Lacrecia O, you have a superstar of customer service right there!).
So, I guess that what I am trying to say is that I hate the corporate side of this business, yet think that their staff rises above exemplary when it comes to taking care of the store and their customers.

I could of stayed there all day. There were so many decorations for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I bought a painting for our bathroom. A light house on the beach.

The manager was extremely helpful and kind. His personality triculates though the employees. They also are service oriented. I purchased 200 miniature dollhouse furniture.

It's sad that we've lost our discounts here but this is a location that is actually still here, open, trying to provide us with the best products and service they can. I, among many, am just plain grateful. I tire of peering at little screens, chasing from site to site, paying steadily climbing fees for "free" shipping and am aggravated at being charged for "free" returns. So thanks to stores who train and retain staff that can answer questions, locate merchandise and treat me with courtesy and though I miss my extra discount I will keep going to Hobby Lobby and practice gratitude because I can.

Always good looking and very organized place. Prices some times are some high but they have good products. Service are top line, always smiling and doing their job in the best way! Keep it up guys!

I like the store I just wish they wouldn't have taken their coupon away. Any little thing helps. I don't go there much any more.

Very clean store! Lots of merchandise on sale at reasonable prices. I could spend hours walking around looking. They have a wide variety of things.

Hobby lobby is always a great place to shop, I’ve also never had a bad experience with any customer service experience or anything because all of the workers seemingly genuinely enjoy their job, always happy to help and always very helpful

Most everything one could look for in a craft store. The staff is helpful. I would suggest that they call up extra cashiers before the line gets 15 deep.
