Very clean store. Extremely friendly staff. This place is amazing for crafting and decorating ideas.

I purchased a singer 4452 sewing machine from here yesterday and it was literally malfunctioning and unusable directly from the box. They have a 0 return policy on sewing machines even if they are broken from the get go just like mine. Said all claims must be submitted to the company since it is under warranty. What it doesn’t say is that according to singers website, there only a single place within 250 miles that handles warranty repairs and it’s 30 miles away in Mesa. So now I have to pay around $50+ out of pocket to have my BRAND NEW, not even 2 day old machine fixed before it’s even been used once.

I would not recommend purchasing sewing equipment from them because of their return policy. My machine was $30 cheaper here than it was at Michael’s next door however, if I would of purchased from Michael’s and my machine did not work properly, they would have at least exchanged it for me.

If they would have let me exchange my machine, it wouldn’t bother me so much but because I can’t return an item that was broken upon purchase, I will never shop here again.

I truly loved hobby lobby some much of a variety of everything definitely recommend it for anything especially home goods.

So ridiculous came in to do a return on fabric the first register acts like shes doing me a favor that shes about to take me cuz shes closing her register and no one seems to know what in the world they are doing i came to a different register there was a new girl i guess and she didnt know i had to go to the counter to the fabric so they measure the fabric that is being returned i come up to the countee the lady thats doing her job at that department acts like she’s completely clueless how to messure fabric.someone els comes along started throwing the fabiric rolling her eyes and every thing that was on the counter started flying on the floor after she was done ever threw the receipt come in im not asking for much just came in nicley to make a reture simply because it just didnt fit my home i cant belive how custemer service is out here

Clean store, covid precautions appropriate, staff available and knowledgeable on content in their respective work areas. I'm a new quilter and was looking to purchase accessories and tools for a quilt I needed to finish. HL had fabric, but not things like quilting rulers, sewing machine feet like walking feet, or quilting feet or others. Also did not have cotton batting nor batting binding tape. Disappointing trip this time.

Hobby Lobby is my go to place for cute holiday supplies and kids crafts. I really like that they have religious holiday supplies, unlike other craft stores. Their wrapping paper is the absolute best when it comes to Christmas! The roles are taller, and the paper is nice and thick.

This store is amazing! I was very impressed by the variety of items available, the prices were fair & the store was well organized & clean. I'll definitely get all my crafting supplies here in the future.

They have some cool stuff and they have alot of 50% sales you can get amazing deals. The staff are cool too

Always nice to go into Hobby Lobby. I love the background music they play, peaceful and easy to shop to.
Not to mention there is always something great on sale.

Products are great, but some of the employees need to brush up on their customer service and gain some more knowledge on the products they sell. It would be nice to talk to someone who knows what they are doing and actually has crafting/hobby skills and knowledge.

This is my favorite store. They have everything from craft items & drawer knobs to interior decorations. The selection is great & the store has regular sales of up to 40-50% off

This Hobby Lobby is very nice, not ever packed and has tons of great products. Wish prices were lower but thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Went to buy crafting material for my daughter. Salesman was very helpful in locating what I needed. Store was clean and organized. Also, very glad that there was a 40% off coupon one item that I could use from my phone to save money. Very nice incentive to return and buy future crafting needs.

Fun place to shop. They have everything you could possibly need and more for crafting, arts, floral and decor! Love spending time here looking around. Also appreciate the 40% off a regular item coupon that is always available online.

I have never been here before but my wedding is coming up and I was looking for some ideas for decorations, so my best friend took me here to help. I actually found a lot of great things here. The staff helped me when I asked and gave me some ideas. It was a great experience.

Great selection. I came here for wood burning tips and i found a pack of them for cheaper than amazon. I was amazed, especially since hobby lobby tends to be kind of spendy.

They have what I need in stock 99% of the time. Store is laid out in a way that's easy to navigate. Always have things that I want on sale like picture frames and other wall decorations.

Can't go wrong here. There's always something you find to make a craft. That's what I was doing. Plus a large assortment of everything else for decorating ideas!

You guys bug your employees offices? That's absolutely disgusting, always wondered why I thought this place was a bit off. Turns out they just like spying on everyone with their hobby lobby app, recommend cutting you're with this evil place.

For being Christmas eve it wasn't to busy. I got what I was looking for and at 30% off I feel like I ripped them off. Lol
