Needed a capacitor for my ac unit which they had in stock. Returned later for a relay. Gary came out and asked me questions and advised me on a proper fix. He was correct in his assessment. I was able to get the ac running perfectly. He even offered to send a tech if I were unable to resolve the problem. All the staff there were friendly and helpful. Even the gigantic dog. Normally I would not have attempted a DIY AC project but I was recently laid off and my wife and I are having medical issues and couldn’t afford to call in a repair person. Next time I will call HOFFMAN’S.
BTW: I was referred to them by my neighbor who RAVED about them.

Had my AC system checked to make sure there were no problems before summer weather. Technician checked out the whole system and found no problems. Most of the components of AC system are not serviceable by owner and need tested by a competent technician and that is what was done best by Hoffman Heating and Cooling.

Was able to get an appointment for a service within a week. Super professional and very honest. Highly recommend.

Called and got same day sevice for my rental house. Determined the problem was low freon. Fixed it and it is running fine.
I called my regular company, midstate, and was told they couldn't get to it for 5 days. I spent a large amount with them last year and was treated like a new customer?
