Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix Airport, an IHG Hotel

All in all it was ok. The parking lot was a mess! Just clean your parking lot every once in a while.

Almost always happy with HI Express, but this one was disappointing. No washcloths in room. Breakfast area dirty. Staff were friendly, but maybe there are not enough.

We were very happy with our one night stay at this location on University Ave, Phoenix last weekend. I believe the manager’s name on duty was Miguel. Another employee, Christina, was working during our stay. Both were extremely helpful, informative and went above and beyond to help us navigate transportation to/from the airport and Chase Field. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the airport, as well as to/from the light rail station. An excellent added service! The shuttle drivers were also very helpful, professional and friendly. If you use this service be sure to communicate well with the hotel so as to avoid long waits or any confusion about where you need to be picked up from. We also used Uber a couple of times. As always, time of day and location greatly impacts your cost. After the game it will cost you at least three times more to be picked up than early afternoon.

Our room was very clean and offered perfect amenities for our needs. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee in the room are always helpful for us! The property is in and industrial/business type district so there’s not a lot of food options in walking distance. The waffle house, however, is in the same parking lot. We didn’t eat there, but it’s there if you want it.

As is the case everywhere right now, there was a staffing shortage for kitchen/hospitality. Hopefully, they’ll be able to add to their crew soon so one staff member doesn’t have such a heavy load trying to provide breakfast for so many guests.

Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay and the accommodations and plan to be back again!

Nice enough, walked across parking lot to a other hotel that had a bar and restaurant. The sign said there was a spa, but pool only, outside.

Always a great place to stay, everyone is friendly. Close to the airport without hearing every takeoff and landing.

Yesterday was my frist day working here as a houseman. And today Im quieting. Not feeling right that i would invite someone to stay here. I can't work here, place is drity with coffee stains all over the loddy, up stairs ect. Rooms are out dated and need so real hand on scrub down. Was so upset that there were businessmen have conference meet with all this drity carpet and drity loddy furniture was so embarrassed that i don't want to work here for a slum hotel. Lying to customers about amenities. Like green pool very drity old carpet. Ive stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and this is not a real one. Won't allow myself to be representing by this money pit. Need new everything, owner, management and some effort at cleaning the loddy more. Thank you but no thanks. Won't allow my customers to finding me there working stealing peoples hard earned money.

Nice and easy. I did a park and fly. Worked out very well. Shuttle to/from airport was quick and hassle free. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodated me when first room had a horrible odor. Grab and go breakfast worked too: breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit. Room was clean, bed was great. Only negative was the awful carpeting throughout. But they know that I think. Right next door is a Hilton restaurant and bar so no additional driving after a long day was very convenient. Will stay again when I fly from Phx.

I really liked the hotel. Clean and large room. Very comfortable pillows.good breakfast. And good location. I recommend.

Great AC! The place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is there was not cold water due to the extreme heat, the cold water came out warm.

Very bad. Dirty rooms, gym out of order. Someone stole the weights, unfortunately I had to see how someone tried to steal parts of a car that was in the parking lot, I informed the reception but they did nothing.the super basic breakfast, milk, juice, fruit, boiled eggs, cereal and that's it. The air conditioning in my room was switched off, the laundry was dirty.

A very comfortable stay here and a great value. There is a small breakfast bar here in the morning and you get to schedule your room cleaning for the following day. The furniture looks like something out of the 60s but everything is clean, well maintained, and very nice.

Other than the jacuzzi being broken and the pool being dirty everything else was ok. Room was clean beds were comfortable and airport shuttle was on time. Staff was friendly and professional

The hotel is starting to age a bit and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The hotel isn't a perfect ten for cleanliness, but the room was okay. Easy on off to the 10 freeway which is a huge plus. Give it a try; price is reasonable.

Decent hotel and clean. Not near anything but a very unsanitary Waffle House. Room service is from the nearby Holiday Inn and not in house but very close to airport.
