Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading, Phoenix AZ

Normally I hate getting my brows threaded but really needed them done so I came here. I’m so glad I did. The service was fast and my shape is amazing. Definitely will be returning.

Yes! Love it there for it being my first time threading the lady was very patient. She was very gentle and soft toned. Definitely will be going back:)

I didn’t have a shape in my brows, but after going here. I found shape and my eyebrows look so good!

I moved to Phoenix from NY in 2018 and since I've been here I have just NOT been able to find anyone who does good brows UNTIL NOW.

I naturally have thick and shapeless brows. I call them "caterpillar eyebrows". And Nahar gave my whole face LIFE when she waxed them. I look 10x prettier because she shaped them to be complimentary to my face!

Literally, I cannot recommend this place and Nahar enough. The BEST ever!

Edit: to those that complain she is on the phone: WHO CARES? ! Maybe I'm different, I always feel awkward when any stylist or beauty tech tries to talk to me the whole time I'm getting something done. I think it's comforting to listen too, the language she speaks sounds beautiful, and if you want to ask a question or if she needs to tell you something she is always immediately attentive. I don't see the issue ‍️

I really love this place because they do care about the customers. All of them!
I keep coming back for more.

I came in with the BUSHIEST eyebrows expecting threading to take a while but Nahar finished within 5 mins and what seemed like 3 swipes on each brow. My first time coming here and I am a customer for life! So happy with the results! Amazing job!

Find somewhere better to go and pay the extra money. I've been here a total of seven times and have seen the same woman, hemma. It's totally inconsistent and not professional at all. The last time I was here she was on the phone literally talking to someone as she's doing my brows and they came out horrible. This time, no phone, but I'm leaving feeling botched once again. Now I have to wait another month to get them waxed and reshaped.

This is a convenient fill in when my usual is not available. They aren't as detailed and some do better than others but again, a decent fill in.

I saw a note saying you needed an appointment and I walked in asking if there were any openings at that time. The lady whined and gave me attitude saying "UGGGH but I'm on my break! "

She threw a small fit and said she could take me but I was shocked by the attitude and walked out. She could've politely told me but nope. Full whiny teenager attitude. Taking my service somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. I let my eyebrows grow out and I wanted to get a clean up and I should’ve ran when this old lady started hurting me while threading my eyebrows. She took literally 1 min. She also asked for a tip? LOL. No thanks. Never again.

This was my first time here Priyanka’s Did my eyebrows and I can say despite the negative reviews I LOVE THEM OMG I found my new eyebrow lady I will definitely continue being a customer NOT going anywhere else. ️

I have had the opportunity to work with Satish, and he is professional, honest and punctual.

I've been growing out my eyebrows so when I get them cleaned up they hold their natural shape. Nira made my eye brows way too thin. I asked her for a simple clean up. Now, they are uneven.

I had a lapse of judgement when I decided to stop by Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading while running errands for my disabled father (whom I had to attend to promptly). Not only was the service I requested for poorly performed, when given the chance to fix the mistake (one side of the sideburn was longer than the other), I was criticized by the lady (“I have never met a customer like you! ”) when I politely asked to have it fixed (I have given her a 20% tip for her service). If this was any other company, I would be fully refunded and the mistake would be fixed to my satisfaction. However, what I got from Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading was a partial refund, an insult, and uneven sideburns (they did not fix it even after I have driven there to resolve this problem). I cannot imagine how this company has such a high rating on Google. STAY AWAY!

Hema is amazing! I had my daughter's eyebrows done for the first time and I had mine done as well as my upper lip. She is fast and the quality is perfect. We are so happy with our results. This is my go to spot from now on to get our eyebrows done! Thanks Hema!
Update: I hate to speak on young women who are probably still learning.but I went twice and had a young woman here take care of me twice and both times she made my eyebrows uneven, and one of the times I brought my boyfriend and I had to have her fix his eyebrows because she did the same thing to him. I will only let Hema touch me and anyone I bring from now on.

We just moved to Phoenix looking for a place to get our eyebrows done and Hema did a very beautiful job on my and my wife’s eyebrows will definitely make her our official eyebrow lady
