Rude people. Don’t answer their phone. I live in the neighborhood and they have a spotlight that shines into my property, I’ve asked them politely to reposition the light since it shines into my house, they ignored me. Love thy neighbor? They don’t know what this means. The building is run down and no one goes here. There is no need for a spotlight at night.
