We had a really great experience all around. We travel often for work and bring our toddler with us, and this hotel met all our needs. It was very clean, quiet, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The sheets felt like they had been in use since 1998, but that’s my only complaints. Also special compliments to the staff who took our stay to the next level. Ethan who checked us in went above and beyond, better than some five star resorts we have stayed at. The person checking us out this morning was very helpful and friendly too. Would stay here again.

I checked in early but my king suite wasn’t ready yet (around 1pm). Front desk lady was super helpful and put me in a queen suite instead as I had a huge headache. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thanks! I will be staying here again. Close to my job site and staff was great.

We stay at the Home2 Suites in Gilbert when in town. Our son goes to school in Chandler and love staying here as it’s convenient to restaurants and stores. Hotel is clean with a beautiful views of the mountains. Staff is friendly and is willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. See you all soon.

When we arrived, they kindly said that none of the rooms where ready, so we asked if we could just leave our luggage by her desk so that they won’t over heat when we wee out at soccer all day. Immediately they double checked and it turned out, a bunch of rooms that were reserved nobody showed up. As we headed on outside to grab stuff from the car, the manager rushed out to tell us that good news, getting us in a room right away.

Props to the Manager and only desk employee for their quick service, getting us a room early, and going above and beyond at our stay. Great job to the manager for hiring hard-working staff. That manager worked her butt off making guests feel at home!

Horrible place to stay. Room was nasty dirty. Evening front desk person was great while the morning front desk person was awful. Stay at your own risk. We won't stay there again.

Refreshing hotel. They offer 2 outdoor lounges a pool area gym and onsite laundry. The rooms were spacious and modern and very kept up on. Easy location to get to and very accommodating to our group.

Never stayed at a Home2 location and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was very clean, rooms were a nice size, they had a nice continental breakfast, and the amenities were great. I love the fact that rooms were equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. On top of that, GREAT LOCATION! I will definitely be coming back!

Loved it here. The people here were very friendly and were extremely helpful. We felt very welcomed. The rooms were very clean as was the bathroom.

For starters, we stayed 10 days the last week of January 2022. We arrived at 1: 30 AM, I called ahead to tell them our flight was delayed. It didn't matter to them I would be paying for Friday anyway. On day 2 of our stay, there was a water main break inside the hotel. As a plumber I understand things happen. I take a shower that morning and we had no hot water. We did not receive a call telling us there was an issue, nor they offer any type of apology for any inconvenience. Water leaking from everywhere at this point on the first floor ceiling. Now the water is shut off to the whole building. Once again out of their control. I expected some type of deduced fees due to the fact that we had no water for the day and the inconvenience of having to walk around numerous fans blowing the rest of our stay. The staff acted like nothing had happened. Poor staffing at the front desk and breakfast area. Front desk staff were more interested in socializing with friends than helping paying guest. At the evening the front desk girl was playing games a one of the tables and not worried about her job duties. We came down for breakfast several times by 7: 30 AM to find either no coffee at all or just cold. We noticed a man (not a paying customer) eating breakfast every morning hanging out with the girl at the desk. Getting items from the store area without paying. I will not be staying at this location again.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Overall the stay was pleasant. There was a dog across the hall from that barked alot, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The reason for only 3 stars and not 4 or 5. Is the floors were very dirty looking in my room. If they changed out the carpet it would have been a 4 or 5 star experience.

Miserable breakfast. Always lacking on something. On coffee pots crust formed on drain, poor on cleanness. Stuff nice and polite.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful, clean room. Home2 also had a very nice breakfast buffet. I could hear the road noise as the hotel is conveniently located near a freeway. We could easily walk to restaurants.

Watch out for the speeding cars leaving Mountain Fitness as they zoom by the exit to the Home2 parking lot.

So I have stayed at this hotel several times because my doctor is in Gilbert and sometimes it’s just easier to stay in town. However, after this last trip I will probably just stay at the Hyatt because the young gal that checked us in could seriously use some training. I will say she checked us in with no issues but once we got to the room I noticed we only had 3 pillows for two adults so I called and asked for more and she proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t sure when she could get up there because they were short staffed and only had two housekeepers. Ok no problem. So I told her we were going to head out for a bit so to let herself in. Well as we were waiting for our Uber I noticed her hanging out with her friends and taking a smoke break. Again, no problem. Well we get back from dinner and when I walk into the lobby I again see her now on her phone talking to whomever so I asked if she had brought us pillows yet because we are now ready for bed. She then again comes again with the excuses as to how she is so busy and they are short staffed. Look, I am very empathetic to the times we are living with and the lack of good employees. However, as a paying guest I really don’t want to hear now for a second time more excuses but yet you have plenty of time to take smoke breaks, hang out with your friends on the clock, and also make personal phone calls when all your duties have yet to be accomplished. So because of this one gal we will now take our business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this property for any type of business. I authorized a one-time charge of a specific amount and the hotel over charged me by almost $1000. I reached out to the staff and the manager and they refused to refund the incorrect charges and told me I would be forced to file a claim with my cc company. After filing an overcharge, the hotel disputed it and I was recharged the incorrect amount once again. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the management over two weeks time and have not gotten anyone to return any calls to resolve this matter.

I loved this hotel. I arrived at 8 am after a long night of driving and they allowed me to check in early. I had my dog, they are pet friendly for $75 fee. The highest pet fee I have paid so far. The suite was very comfortable and clean. I was given a double bed, I am used to sleeping in king size beds so the size sucked, the mattress would sink a little but not a big deal for two nights. They have coffee available in the lobby 24/7 and they offer breakfast in the mornings even though I never made it. I got a full size fridge and a microwave! I would definitely return.

First the good, quiet and good location. No hand soap provided for the bathrooms, Are you kidding me? And blame it on supply issues? Go to Target and get hand soap like we had to. Towels only replaced when you delivered your dirty ones, and we had to empty our own trash. Out of bottles of water most days. Carpets are filthy and stained. Next visit to AZ we won’t think twice about not considering this hotel. It’s a joke!
