Department Store HomeGoods reviews
20Love shopping here always changing with the seasons, if you can't find it for your house here, it doesn't exist.
I'm probably not the best judge for this type of store. It was clean, tidy, and well stocked. They had what I wanted, but everything seemed a little higher priced than I expected. So, I'm not sure this is a fair rating.
Homegoods sells defective products and then refuses to return them once it has been used. Even though you have to use the product to find out that it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money.
Fun store. Extremely busy place. Well stocked and a huge selection. No complaints other than the isles are a bit to narrow for our liking. No doubt we will go again. After the holidays.
We're there, Twice this week. @ the East &
N/W locations- Always a Special TREAT ️
I had never really shopped at a HomeGoods before at all. But I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I bought two very nice chenille blankets which was the reason I went in the store I was going to get a couple of comforter or some nice meal and they were less or just the same price as Walmart and a few other places of that nature, but I think I got a better brand, very high quality, and the service and staff are excellent.
My favorite store in Tucson. It's even fun to watch real estate stagers shop for home models or open houses.
I normally love going to home goods but yesterday was different I went with the intent to buy pot hangers I’ve seen them there before but they had none I also had a couple of plastic flower pots I ended up not using and wanted to return but didn’t have the receipt. I shop TJ Maxx ALOT more than home goods but I know they’re sister stores along with Marshall’s which I use to work at. I am familiar with the return protocols. None the less I was treated rudely from the start when I walked up to the counter and informed them I had a return without a refit if I should leave the product up front while I shop. An older woman who turned out to the manager said no they don’t hold things I need to shop with with it so ok I did as I walked away she told another customer “imagine how crowded it’d be if I held everyone’s stuff “ why talk about a customer to another customer? Especially when they may still hear you? I said nothing though. I walked around saw no gardening stuff or flower pots and so I figured I’d just return the ones I had since I wouldn’t be using them after all. Well I was treated even worse by another older woman. These were both older white women white or very blonde hair btw I didn’t get their names. None the less I tell this woman I have a return and don’t have the receipt I get my ID out because I know that’s what they’ll need and all I can get is store credit. She looks annoyed from the start says she can’t read the label needs a new one. The label was fine lol completely fine so I already sensed this might become something although I hoped it wouldn’t. In end they treated me like a criminal indirectly but persistently accused me of changing the sticker (this was a $20 item 2 pots for $20) all this for $20 right? I was very thrown off at their approach and frankly didn’t understand it. I told them again I definitely bought ti here late July I didn’t think I’d return it but ended up not using it I was coming to look for more things today and figured I’d just return them now that I’m making the trip. I did not touch the sticker and I know exactly where you had these displayed does no one working here remember their inventory? I know I did when I worked retail for years. In the end the cashier told me she can’t return it and I can wait for Lisa the manager (who had already agreed with this other cashier) so I go over to Lisa not because I was eager for $20 but because I was shocked I was being treated like a criminal while having it crystal clear I bought them there and it’s a common and honest mistake to misplace a receipt. Also at that point plenty of other customers had noticed what was going on and No I was not going to walk away allowing everyone their to treat me that way and go on thinking I’m a thief. Lisa returned it but kept talking about how often people switch tags and I told her really? That was not my experience in the 8 years I worked retail MOST are not thief’s most are honest people. I can’t say I was satisfied simply because I was able to return it because again that wasn’t that important it was only $20 but the way they treated me from the get go was an injustice and wrong. Very unpleasant and I feel saddened by it thinking maybe it was because I was a young Hispanic woman while most customers at that hour were older white women. Not sure why I was treated so poorly that day it’s usually not notable not good or bad just people doing their job but yesterday I won’t forget. I would have done 1 star but I unfortunately really do love this store and their products. Along with its sister stores so I couldn’t do 1 star while I will likely go back there’s only 1 HomeGoods here in Tucson to my knowledge which sucks! Anyway that’s it for me.
Good little place with lots of good deals for decorations and different sundries for the house.
Go here often to get skinny syrup and look at the fun items around the store. We have definitely purchased many things besides the skinny syrup.
Way over the top expensive.it's like a rich person place to shop.they have very nice things.but very nice things you can 2x cheaper on Amazon or Ross.
It's a trap, but the best kind! I could die here and be happy. You can decorate your home eloquently on a budget. Go in with a plan/budget.but don't be surprised if you end up throwing it away. Have a cute home and eat ramen for a month, you deserve it!
Great store to find well-priced decor. I believe it is in the same company family as TJ Maxx and Marshall's - this place focuses on finding fashionable but discounted Home goods (as the name would imply). Especially good if you are shopping for a gift or accessories for a specific theme. This location is kept clean and the staff is friendly.
Store was poorly stocked which was a big disappointment by comparison most stores I have visited in the past are superb
Management please consider this in the operation of your store inventory. Thank you

My first time there. Popped in to check out some Turkish made rugs. I didn't thoroughly look throughout the place but liked a few of the things I saw. I'll definitely go back and browse more next time. Had some good prices on the rugs.
Love this store! They always have great items for the home, and beautiful seasonal items! They also carry my favorite coffee!
You can always find a bargain, but buy it when you see it. Inventory turns fast.
Shelves always overflowing with bargains.
I can't wait to go back! They had everything I wanted all in one store. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. The cashier's helped me and were very friendly. New favorite store for sure!
It’s a good store but a lot overwhelmed to the eyes there so much to see and do that you can’t really focus on anyone thing my advice? Take time and go at it slow
