It was a horrible 4 month lease
I was so glade to get out of there
Amenities always closed
Dog area always dirty and no bags
The man in the office is so RUDE!
Apartment dirty, stinky and needed lots of repairs and washing machine stunk like mold. This was at move in
It took about a month for repairs to be completed semi fixed
Washing machine never replaced or smell removed
Watch your $$$$ for extra charges
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
TURN BACK NOW!
They are now wanting to charge me 1,400 $$$ for vinyl
Flooring because of animal smell as for that is what it smelled like when I moved in! Walk through that they did was completed as good no problems!

Wanna give a kudos to Ethan, anytime I have a work order he gets it done in a timely manner, I see him running around the complex I don’t see the other guys putting in nearly as much effort. He always says good morning and has a good attitude as well which goes a long ways!

They will scam you and Mia lies about everything.
She said “you can put holes in the wall to hang pictures, as long as you patch them when you move out” we patched everything then o hit with a bill for $450 to repaint the whole apartment. Keep in mind I hung maybe 5 pictures throughout the whole apartment. She told my roommate we wouldn’t have to pay anything after Octobers rent, then we got hit with a $600 move out fee. She also said that the $300 cleaning fee you pay when you move in is for when you move out, but we got a $170 cleaning fee when we moved out.
Maintenance just walks into your apartment whenever they feel without a warning. Everything in that apartment is made to break so they can charge you an arm and leg. I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here. OH, and the amenities they charge you $100 a month for, NEVER work. This place is a joke.

If you live here, this is what you’ll be getting: club house closed after 5pm, so you never get to have dinner on the balcony and watch the sunset over Glassford. Or use the movie room when it’s actually a good time to watch a movie. The hot tub and pool will be constantly closed because the maintenance doesn’t know how to balance chemicals or clean the pool. The trashes around the property will be endlessly overflowing. And then the office will threaten to raise your trash fee because you have “too much trash”. Grills will never work when it’s windy (which in Prescott, is always). Mold will grow in your bathroom and the office will accuse you of taking “too many showers”. Maintenance will enter your apartment and catch you off guard when you are indecent days after you put in a work order, even if you request to be notified. The office basically never answers their phone so count on leaving work early just to get to the office in time to talk to them if you need something. This place advertises as “luxury “ but believe me, it’s a hoax. The materials are so cheap, it’s so easy to break/ruin something. The price is outrageous for false advertisement. You will be way better off choosing another place that’s less expensive and it will be far more enjoyable living.

Our lease just ended this past month, and I'm very torn on how I feel about this community.
The complex was beautiful when we toured and everything seemed awesome. Our first couple of months were great. However, about 4 months into our lease, a lot started to change. The dumpsters started to get overfilled (it was 1 dumpster that was really the problem) with trash, and instead of discussing that with the buildings around that 1 dumpster and asking them to maybe utilize a couple of the other dumpsters around the complex, they threatened to just raise everyone's utility cost.
They also we're having issues in the clubhouse with items breaking, so they switched the hours of the clubhouse from 24 hours to 9-6 but they didn't lower the utility cost at that time. Yet we were getting less utilities then when we signed our contract.
Also the fact that the office will not except packages on your behalf, they have a secondary locker system that you have to pay for you to use.
It just feels like they were only after money and not anyone's experience. It's a let down, to be honest.

Also, Mia was awesome with anything we needed, but James was very unpleasant to work with. He seemed to never know what was going on. At the beginning of our lease, the front gates were always open, then they got fixed to start closing at 6. Which wasn't a problem originally until my clicker stopped working and they told me it would be a couple of days until it gets fixed, I asked him what the gate code was so I could get in when the gates are closed. He had no idea. He said he didn't know. It was a never a good experience when we had to work with James.

Let me start with they way this company treats their employer's, they have no respect for any of them. They are constantly short staffed and there are multiple areas not up to code. The hot tub is consistently down and their fire alarms will randomly go off any period of the day. I am absolutely outraged by how much we pay, for what? No hot tub, facilities closing at 6pm and the apartments not being up to code. Then they tried to charge us extra for something that was never stated in our lease. At the end of the day all they care about is their paychecks and not the employees or residents. I will be calling the city to file a complaint on the fire alarms and have them check what else is not up to code.

Mia was AMAZING helping me find the place that makes me feel like home in Prescott! I felt immediately excited on the tour and she was so welcoming. Sooo excited to be a resident here!

Mia deserves a raise or promotion or whatever good comes her way. I called her explaining I needed an apartment and I needed it FAST. She couldn’t have been more helpful, as she professionally set me up with a place and QUICKLY followed up by getting me all of the paperwork I needed to be able to move into a place as soon as I needed it. At a time where I needed the peace of mind of having a roof over my head on such short notice, she took my request and went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful! I don’t submit many reviews for companies or employees for various reasons, but I felt she deserved the best one I could offer up. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of your needs and is only trying to help any way she can. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Mia if you have any apartment needs, as she is easily one of, if not, the best employee of any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in!

Sincerely,
An incredibly thankful and happy tenant

If all the amenities function it is well worth the price, but they are removing the coffee makers from the clubhouse. The flat screens at the pool and corn hole areas are not working anymore.

I dont know why everyone needs to be mean to the management team here. They look out for people. If you don't like it go home. Thanks Angel, Alex, James.

Worst place to live. Hot tub, pool, grills, fire pit are ALWAYS broken! Why pay for a nice place when you can’t use it. Can’t wait to move out.
